The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Hotel is good but the fab customer service is worst you cant make any changes to yoour booking once you do the full payment , The hotel staff cant help you to cancel 1 day booking out of 2 days.. and the website email toll free all are ASSAM

This is the first time i met with a royal comfort stay It was very bad. No neatness, the bathroom is not clean,water leakage, towels&bathroom essentials not given by the hotel team, hot water not available. I prefer to book a cozy stay with FAB but this experience is very bad with this specific hotel

DON'T BOOK HERE I arrived at 4am in the morning after an international flight, I had notified them it would be an early morning check-in, after paying a deposit to reserve the room. (Which after three months they still have not refunded after saying they would) Because I didn't turn up by midnight they gave my room away and didn't bother to tell me they had cancelled my booking. They finally admitted they had forgot I had informed them about my flight details. (After I showed them the WhatsApp messages where they originally requested the deposit to reserve the room) Their staff was useless, they kept trying to tell me the booking had been transferred to another branch (IT HAD NOT - they were just lying and trying to send me away) I ended up having to call and book another hotel elsewhere at 5am. Horrible experience, awful service and last thing we needed after 24+ hours of travel. GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK!

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service was poor, and the rooms were in extremely bad condition. The photos displayed online are completely misleading—what we saw in person was nowhere close to what was shown on the website. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority. Elderly women in our group were not treated with basic respect, which was deeply upsetting. The hotel staff, including the receptionists, were very rude and unhelpful. There was no response to calls made via the room telephone, and getting any assistance was nearly impossible. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

*Disappointing Stay at Fab Hotel Phoenix Resort Bangalore* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Fab Hotel Phoenix Resort Bangalore, and it was a huge letdown. The room's door lock was faulty, and the AC had a noticeable leakage, making the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the toilet facilities were subpar, with no hot water available. The room's walls also looked poorly maintained, giving the entire stay a sense of neglect. Considering the issues we faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The hotel's location is convenient, near Mahatma Gandhi Road and Namma Metro Vidhana Soudha, but the poor maintenance overshadows its benefits.

Wow, you guys replied after 2 years - Look at the promptness. Just the worst possible hotel Just Horrible Experience, book an Airbnb or for that matter anywhere but here I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. This hotel is listed on multiple travel site, but they don't accept booking from any of these websites. I booked & paid for this hotel from agoda, btw you can book it from any other site like oyo or mmt, and just a few minutes before check-in I get a call from the hotel saying that I won't be allowed at the hotel. The attendant was so rude, he didn't even want to resolve the issue. He kept saying that this booking is not valid.

Name at the reception desk is different from Metro Suites. Small and untidy rooms (dead honeybees found in the room), no toileteries (reception desk said they were out of stock and Fab will send them after a week), no tea and coffee making facility in the room. Only 1 towel provided and it was already stained. Not even a chair in the room. Checked out within 30 mins of check in.

NOT RECOMMENDED Unfriendly staff, didnt provide two towels, water bottles also provided only after asking that too half litre, rooms doesnt look like photos provided, bathroom had leakage and cockroaches, no food available, all in all huge disappointment for the money paid, I will never book this hotel again.
