The room was not at all neat and tidy. the pillow covers were dirty. the glasses were not cleant. they did not even provide towels.

Only the room is offered for the amount that one pays do not expect anything else like bottle of water, toiletries, towel etc. you just want a space to sleep or rest then it's ok but if you have expections of hospitality then then you would be disappointed.

Expected more at this price range..but .... didn't even get a 0.5 l of water bottel.... we can find hair strands of all those u have stayed in our room till date... bed and ac 5/5 rest everything is 1/5

Lot of things mentioned in the description are inaccurate. there is no complimentary mineral water. room water must be collected by self from the dispenser on 5th floor. stairs are blocked at 1st floor so only way to move up or down is via elevator. linen is dirty and torn. there is no daily room cleaning and one needs to remind multiple times for doing a cleanup. cleaning is limited to once in 24 hours. hotel wifi is pathetic and i used my mobile hotspot. there is no inhouse restaurant and they get the orders from the nearby restaurant 100 mts away. no car parking is available. entire booking amount for stay has to be paid at checkin time. room phone cannot be used to make external calls and neither can someone from outside contact you on room phone. 75% of the time no one picks your call at reception.
