Excellent hotel with very professional staff who is always helpful. Food is excellent too. Very comfortable stay throughout!! Looking forward to future stays.

The room and bed is very very quiet and comfortable. The Temple view outside is peaceful and feels natural. Good breakfast is a marvel and so delicious. and the location is highlight - and the make to order masala chai and filter coffee are both excellent during breakfast.

Room itself was spacious and good Geyser was working Washroom was good Air-conditioning was good TV was not working, they kept giving excuses and finally told me they cant do anything about it Intercom phone was not working Wifi was not working Too many WiFi links but none working No Complimentary Breakfast was available

I generally book for single occupancy. Good value for money. Rooms are clean. Team at reception are ready to help. You may feel room compact for family with children. Hot water is not so hot and can be improved. You have lot of options for food around.

Amazing breakfast, very comfy beds and very nice room - really nice hotel! Recommended! Nice central location, People and service has been amazing especially for my kids. Everyone took great care of my kids. Shoutout to Abid who was especially kind at the restaurant and irfan and Parvez at breakfast. Food was also quite good.

First of all the map location shared for this hotel is wrong in both MakeMyTrip app and the one shared by Fab hotel in WhatsApp. The property is not have a board as Fabhotel and not even the name as Prime Stay I. The property is terribly affected due to under construction site in front of it. They listed a building originally named WhiteRabbit Bar and Restaurant as Fabhotel. They provided a clean towel after asked them the replace the used one kept in room. No toiletries provided. Their map location even in google map is wrong, to show that they are in a good location.

Hotel name is different, drinking water and breakfast not provided despite charging the extra, not maintained well, stinking smell allover room, don't get trapped for fake ratings, I have booked through redbus, receptionist asked to cancel my booking and pay the amount at counter nothing went well during the stay, won't book this hotel again and and I don't recomend

The room was tiny, filthy, and smelled awful the moment I walked in. Nothing, I repeat, nothing matches the photos they advertise. I honestly have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews unless they were written by the staff themselves. The bedsheet was disgustingly dirty, and after just one night I ended up with skin rashes. That’s how unhygienic it was. The location? Terrible. Definitely not what they claim online. And if you dare ask about cleanliness or room size, be prepared for the ultimate blame-passing circus: Agoda tells you to talk to FabHotels, FabHotels tells you to talk to Phoenix, and Phoenix sends you back to the receptionist. In the end, nobody helps you, nobody takes responsibility, and your issue never gets resolved. There are countless better options in the same area for the same price or even cheaper. Save your money and your health. There is absolutely zero reason to book this place.

First, there is no board that says it is Fabexpress Mayuri. It is Manasi residency. If you look for Mayuri residency you will never find the place. The room and hotel is suited for Bachelors and Single men. NOT AT ALL SUITABLE FOR FAMILY. Room stocks of cigarette smoke. Towels are torn, stained etc. Forget breakfast, not even coffee and tea is provided. The rooftop restaurant food is ok but overpriced. While direct hotel rate is 1600 to 1800, online booking can get you 1400. For the price and location it is ok.. Worst part was they are renovating rooms on 4th floor while customers are in the room in lower floors. The noise is unbearable.. Really bad experience. Would not go there again.

I don't recommend this hotel. There's no fan, they didn't clean the room for five days. You ask for a coffee or something and it will never come. The taps in the bathrooms were leaking. They also looked rusted
