The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Really bad hotel rooms and corridor. The bathroom is not at all clean and looks very old. The worst stay i had. When i went to have a bath, there was no water and I had to wait for more than ½ an hour for it to get filled. The rooms are congested and looking dirty. Feeling disgusted by staying here.

DON'T BOOK HERE I arrived at 4am in the morning after an international flight, I had notified them it would be an early morning check-in, after paying a deposit to reserve the room. (Which after three months they still have not refunded after saying they would) Because I didn't turn up by midnight they gave my room away and didn't bother to tell me they had cancelled my booking. They finally admitted they had forgot I had informed them about my flight details. (After I showed them the WhatsApp messages where they originally requested the deposit to reserve the room) Their staff was useless, they kept trying to tell me the booking had been transferred to another branch (IT HAD NOT - they were just lying and trying to send me away) I ended up having to call and book another hotel elsewhere at 5am. Horrible experience, awful service and last thing we needed after 24+ hours of travel. GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK!

This place sucks pls don't go by the photos put online by FAB HOTELS ITS A COMPLETE CON GAME 1) This is not a hotel, it's a 3 story apartment converted into a lodging premises 2) We had booked 2 rooms and from the day we came to the day we checked out 4 nights one rooms lock was broken and it was not fixed till we left, be carefull of your valuables 3) The rooms have only bed no chairs or table, we actually pulled in a table kinda thing which was in the passage 4) We had to call the boys to give us fresh towels everyday and ask them to come and do the cleaning of the room 5) We had done our booking from booking.com, even there the pics uploaded were wrong and I had included breakfast but literally had to argue with the staff. They don't provide food, it's lodging only. 6) Pls be extra carefull when booking from online sites today the pics you see are deceptive. It's better to pay more and go to a standard established brand. 7) The worst was having to sleep on a spring mattress whose springs were poking your back and we had to kill the big cockroaches which kept visiting us. *Disappointing Stay at Fab Hotel Phoenix Resort Bangalore* I recently had the misfortune of staying at Fab Hotel Phoenix Resort Bangalore, and it was a huge letdown. The room's door lock was faulty, and the AC had a noticeable leakage, making the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the toilet facilities were subpar, with no hot water available. The room's walls also looked poorly maintained, giving the entire stay a sense of neglect. Considering the issues we faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The hotel's location is convenient, near Mahatma Gandhi Road and Namma Metro Vidhana Soudha, but the poor maintenance overshadows its benefits.

Name at the reception desk is different from Metro Suites. Small and untidy rooms (dead honeybees found in the room), no toileteries (reception desk said they were out of stock and Fab will send them after a week), no tea and coffee making facility in the room. Only 1 towel provided and it was already stained. Not even a chair in the room. Checked out within 30 mins of check in.

It was very worst experience .Intialy location shared was incorrect.Offered facilities like Wifi Breakfast was not provided.No bath room towel, soap etc. No drinking water (bottled water) given.Finaly advance paid was not appropriated with total bills.After much difficulties finally got refunded.No original bills given other than cash receipt.Anyway it was realy bitter experience I had for 02 days.

NOT RECOMMENDED Unfriendly staff, didnt provide two towels, water bottles also provided only after asking that too half litre, rooms doesnt look like photos provided, bathroom had leakage and cockroaches, no food available, all in all huge disappointment for the money paid, I will never book this hotel again.

I was faced problem while entering into room 1. They have charged me very high for early check in - 800/- but they said 500/- to me - as discussion happens 2 hours they said finally no room available also - latter they adjust for 600/- 2. Room service was very bad 3. Bathroom leakage 4. Even no water bottle also given ..I asked for 3 time later loose outside tap water given yo me 5. Bed sheet also smell 6.
