Basavanagudi is a major residential and commercial area in South Bangalore. It is one of the oldest localities in the city that derives its name from the 16th century Dodda Basavana Gudi, also known as Bull Temple or Nandi Temple. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is home to several retail businesses that are mostly concentrated along DVG Road. Towards the centre of this arterial road lies the famous Gandhi Bazaar that remains packed with shoppers and vendors selling fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers. There are also many parks, banks, schools, hospitals, restaurants including the legendary Vidyarthi Bhavan and hotels in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. The fact that the locality shares a border with the affluent neighbourhood of Jayanagar further adds to its popularity.

have visited many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The environment is calm and clean, but what touched me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The receptionists warm smile and heartfelt behavior made me feel genuinely welcome. Its the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. A truly heart-touching experience. Thank you all and best wishes.
This hotel is more than just a place to stayits an experience of warmth, respect, and care. The staffs kindness and sincerity made me feel truly at home. Its a reminder that good service is not only professional but also emotional and educational. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at FabHotel Turning Point and had an amazing experience with the room service. The staff was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The hotel's location was convenient for me, and the staff was helpful with any queries I had. Overall, I'd highly recommend FabHotel Turning Point for its excellent room service and comfortable stay. Thanks to the team for making my stay so pleasant.
Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. Great location, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. Highly recommended!
I stayed in this hotel for one night on 25 August 2025 and it is a nice hotel with great location. Neat and clean and easily approachable on the main road. Sunil Batra
Rooms are not contested but the service is extremely good and helpful, very convenient to get around as it's a main road. Rooms are very clean
Very Good Clean Rooms With Nice Fragrance in The Rooms. Service is also very good spacious rooms and nice for families to stay it's also located in a very clean and posh Area in Frazer Town near Coles Road. The Stay over there was very good. Also it was nearby by a mosque which is also plus point and convenient for travellers as they prayers won't be delayed and also Janamaz/prayer mats and Qibla directions are also found. THE Hotel is Excellent.
A Budget friendly hotel with spacious rooms for an individual or family stay. Excellent location in the midst of Frazer Town with walkable distance to nearby shops, general stores, hospital, mosque and coles park garden. The hotel staffs are courteous and co-operative. We will visit again...
If you believe the photos on the websites and book your stay at this hotel then be ready to receive the most unpleasant surprise. The room and bathroom are damp with water seepage from the ceiling. The floor is sticky. The bed and linen have unpleasant odour. Towels are dirty and torn. Pillows are worn out. There are no amenities as shown in the photos, no kettle or proper breakfast, they get the breakfast from a stall next to the hotel in disposable plates. The TV only played a few free channels. The staff are untrained and are difficult to converse with. You have to beg for services as simple as geting the room cleaned and water bottles. There were bugs in the room and toilet. The overall experience of entering into this hotel raises eyebrows. The only advantage this place has is its proximity with the business and entertainment districts and reasonable pricing considering the location. The place desparately needs a refurbishment, professional staff and basic amenities. I would not hesitate to pay more but I believe there is a fixed client base for this product which does not mind these deficiencies and hence the hotel is almost booked out daily. My only submission to the franchise of Fab Hotels is to review these properties and aggregator MakeMyTrip do audits and see if they are meeting the minimum standards as one would expect from the franchise or what is being published online. The sale of rooms online of this property is very misleading has definitely left a very poor experience and mistrust with both MakeMyTrip and Fab Hotels.
The hotel receptionist was very rude She was asking to pay extra without any reasons.. very bad experience never visiting again shame on them...
