Pros- Location is good at the heart of Central Bangalore, church street and stadium at walkable distance. Rooms are good and clean Checkin was smooth . Good breakfast restaurants are nearby for morning breakfast and tea. Cons- No dining inside the hotel. They did not have any cuttilary, I asked for a plate, bowl and spoon I got reply that they don’t have a single spoon and bowl in entire hotel, that was surprising since I paid a good amount for the room. After checkin no towels were provided, when I asked they said I am sending but I had to call them every hour to remind and finally they sent after 10 hours at night . TV has no active channels just the free stuff. WiFi was not working properly in entire room , only when close to door it was working Ok . Overall I had good experience but at this price range it is not worth . There should be more value added to it

Room was spacious. Internet connection was not available and repeated requests to address this was not attended to. Service was horrible. The AC in my room was poor and the complaint was not attended to. Only TV channels that are free is subscribed for and hence no TV entertainment in the room. All the useless channels are subscribed. If you have to come to the room and sleep at 11 PM and wake up and head out to work at 8 AM it is not a value for money. Would not recommend.

I got moved here by another FabHotels location that canceled on me for no reason. Via Phoenix was surprisingly decent excellent location walking distance to Church St and Sri Chamarajendra Park. Rooms a was good size comfortable bed & A/C. Breakfast was at a place next door it was fine. No hot water for showers. Upkeep could be better there were roaches and communication with staff was difficult which admittedly is on me being a westerner who can't speak Kannada.

If you believe the photos on the websites and book your stay at this hotel then be ready to receive the most unpleasant surprise. The room and bathroom are damp with water seepage from the ceiling. The floor is sticky. The bed and linen have unpleasant odour. Towels are dirty and torn. Pillows are worn out. There are no amenities as shown in the photos, no kettle or proper breakfast, they get the breakfast from a stall next to the hotel in disposable plates. The TV only played a few free channels. The staff are untrained and are difficult to converse with. You have to beg for services as simple as geting the room cleaned and water bottles. There were bugs in the room and toilet. The overall experience of entering into this hotel raises eyebrows. The only advantage this place has is its proximity with the business and entertainment districts and reasonable pricing considering the location. The place desparately needs a refurbishment, professional staff and basic amenities. I would not hesitate to pay more but I believe there is a fixed client base for this product which does not mind these deficiencies and hence the hotel is almost booked out daily. My only submission to the franchise of Fab Hotels is to review these properties and aggregator MakeMyTrip do audits and see if they are meeting the minimum standards as one would expect from the franchise or what is being published online. The sale of rooms online of this property is very misleading has definitely left a very poor experience and mistrust with both MakeMyTrip and Fab Hotels.

Located off the Cubbon road & close the Bowring hospital. Commercial Street & MG Road are hardly 1.5kms away, on either side. The room was spacious but the maintenance was very very poor. The window hinges were broken & couldnt be closed. The roof & walls had mold formation which is a health & hygiene risk. Room service was poor. The room allotted to my family smelled of cigarette smoke. The alternate rooms offered to me were in worse condition. My requests for air freshner spray were not entertained. No toiletries kit provided. No tea/coffee sachets or electric kettle in the room. Room TV didn’t work. The quilt on the bed had stains. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place for a family. The only reasons I chose this hotel for my stay is because I had to attend a function at the Taj MG Road & wanted to stay close by. Also because the shopping areas (Commerical street & Brigade Road were close by).

Worest hotel rooms Smelly bed and bed covers weren't washed . Don't ask the condition of pillows such a yellowish and vomiting sensation condition. Very very dirty washrooms. Dirty rooms No ventilation. TV doesn't work. Hot water only in the morning. Insects roaming in the room. Checked 04 rooms to stay because they have collected the amount in the online Booking and no refund. All the room's condition is the same. Never ever stay in these FABHOTELS chain

Terrible Experience – Highly Not Recommended I had one of the worst hotel stays here. The overall condition of the room and the hotel was extremely unhygienic and far below acceptable standards. Issues faced during my stay: Used and ugly pillows with visible oil stains (unwashed) Torn and dirty curtain, poorly maintained interiors Spoiled and dirty walls Shower and jet pipe were covered with dirty slime Toilet was not cleaned at all and stained. Indian public toilets are much cleaner than this Dustbin was dirty and not emptied No basic toiletries provided Surroundings felt unsafe and not suitable for families I booked through the Fab Hotels app – extremely poor service and my complaints were completely ignored This place does not match what is shown on the booking platform. Very poor hygiene and maintenance. Not worth the money at all. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and other Fab Hotels

Hotel in pics is really nice, the rooms we stayed in were road facing, the decor has been made decently, there’s ZERO maintenance, cockroaches everywhere in the room ! Bathrooms r not maintained n dirty! They have renovated 2 other block rooms but all were smelling of cigarette smoke or damp smell, location is good with close proximity to mg road. The staff knows the poor conditions of the hotel n suggested to shift to a higher grade room where there are no cockroaches, but the rooms smelt bad n had holes in the ceilings, when asked for towels or toilet paper they said we r not stock! Linen n towels had dirty stains on them and were ill kept! Parking car in the hotel parking is a huge hassle as the security n others think thy are doing us a great favour by giving us space to park as it has limited parking. And if the space is full then u have to park on the road. All in all a big NO to staying at such a hotel ever!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room was a complete nightmare. First, there were bugs crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages—stains all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place had a foul odor. To make matters worse, the roof was damaged with visible cracks, and the curtains were stained beyond belief. As if that wasn't bad enough, I noticed spit marks on the walls and even found bubble gum. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this place. Overall, it felt more like staying in a run-down shack than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!
