have visited many hotels, but this one truly stands out. The environment is calm and clean, but what touched me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The receptionists warm smile and heartfelt behavior made me feel genuinely welcome. Its the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. A truly heart-touching experience. Neatly maintained rooms at good price
Too small room and not for the family. Location was not at all good
The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel lacks basic amenities like towels, toothpaste, soap, tissues. I expected the basics atleast.
Room is just ok, cockroaches keep coming. Staff very rude, parents got non ac after booking ac rooms. No complimentary water bottle, area around hotel was a trash dump, no decent view around overall a very forgettable experience. Even though rooms available they did not allocate even though we requested. They removed the power connection for the AC rooms and told at this price which you booked online we cannot give ac room. Non sense staff.
Had a terrible experience here. Despite entry 24*7 the receptionist did not pick up the call. There was no breakfast option available. The staff harassed my colleague once we checked out. The bathrooms were terribly maintained. Id like my refund. 0/10 do not ever stay
Asking to pay extra when the app shows 1131 , the staff and the owner asking to pay extra it was a terrible experience
