Worst then ever i stayed in bangalore. i have never stayed in a hotel like this before, and i feel compelled to share my experience: amenities misrepresented: only a small soap was provided — no other toiletries were available. breakfast misleading: the booking stated that breakfast was included. however, there was no restaurant on-site. i was offered "masala dosa," but what i actually received was pongal and a poorly prepared mixture of kichadi. the quality was very disappointing. internet connectivity: the listing claimed "high-speed internet throughout the stay." in reality, i couldn't even stream a youtube video at the lowest quality (144p). housekeeping issues: there was no daily cleaning unless specifically requested. even when requested, the room service was not satisfactory. overall, my experience was far below expectations based on the hotel's listing. i hope the management addresses these issues seriously to prevent future guests from facing the same disappointment.

My visit to bangalore staying in this hotel was pleasant and memorable, everything is nearby this hotel , shivaji nagar bus stand is close to proximity where you can go anywhere for tourist attractions, service was good and breakfast as yummy.

One of the worst experiences.. i have never stayed in such a worst hotel before.. it's in the middle of a market, so the place is always crowded..we reached there early in the morning, we had mentioned about our early arrival while booking and they were fine about it.. but we had to wait a long time to check in, they claimed we arrived early..we got an untidy and unhygienic room..the toilet was not cleaned, which was not fit for using..we had to ask them to clean the toilet before we could use it..we got an unwashed and used bedsheet and blanket..we had to ask them twice or more to change it.. overall very bad experience..

Rooms are good, cleaned, newly built. staffs are awesome, super active and manager/owner understands your requirement. but the location is mid of a market, and its sivajinagar so swiggy zomato dont come easily because of huge traffic.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
