Worst experience ever ... we had booked room in fab hotel satya comforts with full payment through agoda online , we had option for arrival time for 4 to 5am, while reaching the venue the manager was rude and pathetic he demand extra money to allot a room or wanted to come back at 12pm for checkin ... it's non refundble , we lost the money, @agoda, we book the room travelling from different cities trusting on your brand and customer service. this is not the way you get into a scam with tieup with hotels.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
