Ac was not working properly and i asked them to fix at night or change the room for me but they asked to wait till morning. and that was rude.. and they didn't give any reduction in the amount even though i paid for an ac room and stayed in a non ac room.. fabhotel is also responsible for the same and i want an amount back due to this issue. the atmosphere was very humid due to the lack of ac and i am totally disappointed

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
