Got the Suite Room. With large bed with all the facilities. Staff at the reception are very friendly, helpful. All the queues re to the room facilities/equipments were immediately addressed. Overall very satisfied

Stayed in this hotel from Mid March to first week of April'17. Price is reasonable. It is very clean and tidy. BUT LOTS AND LOTS OF MOSQUITOES!!! Noticed lots of arguments fights on the B/F table as they were not allowed to serve more than one portion e.g. if one idli is served, you cannot ask for more, then it would be charged. If anyone wants milk they would say will charge 35 INR extra for milk. (People who do not drink tea or coffee) other thing I noticed that there was lots of demand for cornflakes for b/f which they didn't had. Yes, was disturbed by my sleep @ the middle of night till early morning because the next room customer kept banging doors and fighting and crying upon complaining to the reception it was stopped for a while but then started again. Here what I want to point out is that you have a restrictions for basic things like not to eat food in the room or have drinks in the room, why can't you instruct the customer while checking in not to make noise specially late in the night?? When they came to clean the room, after the mop the room was stinking like hell... when asked, can't you change the mop? the answer was like: we asked for it but management is not providing... You are not supposed to have food in the room nor have drinks in the room. Why do people go and stay in the room? to look at the bed, curtains?? Cable was not working after several reminder they recharged it. Hot water was a main concern for me , no hot water at all in some of the rooms. BDW Mosquito problems are in the passage the moment you open the room door it comes in. Staffs are wonderful kind and polite, juggling between customer and management!! they were lost, they didn't know what to do? I thought they were very very helpless!!! I will end this comment with a nice note: Nagma Rahul Chintu Kawsar Pradeep Sanam & Hussain Prakash all these staffs were very kind and polite and helpful! They are the real ASSET to your organisation. Overall had a pleasant stay as I am not a big eater but yes was bit upset with mosquitoes and cold water..

Really disappointed with the hotel room. Doesn’t fulfill the 3 star requirement.the curtains were dirty.the sofas were not cleaned for ages.washroom were pathetic and dirty.all the doors locks were broken.had a terrible stay.would not recommend to anyone

I stayed at Fabhotel Crown Heights and while this was my 3rd stay there the hotel stand and services have dropped drastically. 1. You will not find staff at reception most times 2. They look shabby 3. Don't have any training on behaving with the customers - even an uneducated roadside dhaba service person is 10x better. Don't go to this Hotel to waste your hard earned money and get feeling as if you are staying in a low class lodge.

The power points in the room I stayed in weren’t working, the heater didn’t work either. There was debris falling from the AC unit as well. I also saw cockroaches in my room and bathroom. We couldn’t check-in on time to freshen up and were forced to roam around and come back later. Overall, the experience was below average and disappointing because we paid our hard earned money for something not even worth how much was paid.
