Decent rooms, great location, courteous staff. Only improvement can be a better name board as it is too small and not placed prominently indicating fabhotel

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Absolutely no words to say!! I am just stunned with the excellent service quality of the property. Will be coming back soon. Three cheers to the entire staff who made my stay a pleasurable experience. Thank you

Pros: Good and clean rooms, clean linen and courteous staff. Nice location and we are having plenty of food options to choose from. TV channels are working and that's a rare thing in Bengaluru hotels. Complementary water bottles are provided and working intercom is also there. Cons: Though I have checked in digitally, it is not accepted and have to it afresh. Only a single charging point is there. Need some hangers at the wardrobe.

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

Lot of things mentioned in the description are inaccurate. There is no complimentary mineral water. Room water must be collected by self from the dispenser on 5th floor. Stairs are blocked at 1st floor so only way to move up or down is via elevator. Linen is dirty and torn. There is no daily room cleaning and one needs to remind multiple times for doing a cleanup. Cleaning is limited to once in 24 hours. Hotel wifi is pathetic and I used my mobile hotspot. There is no inhouse restaurant and they get the orders from the nearby restaurant 100 mts away. No car parking is available. Entire booking amount for stay has to be paid at checkin time. Room phone cannot be used to make external calls and neither can someone from outside contact you on room phone. 75% of the time no one picks your call at reception.

Only the room is offered for the amount that one pays do not expect anything else like bottle of water, toiletries, towel etc. You just want a space to sleep or rest then it's ok but if you have expections of hospitality then then you would be disappointed.

Expected more at this price range..but .... Didn't even get a 0.5 l of water bottel.... We can find hair strands of all those u have stayed in our room till date... Bed and AC 5/5 REST EVERYTHING IS 1/5

The room was not at all neat and tidy. The pillow covers were dirty. The glasses were not cleant. They did not even provide towels.
