During my stay on [Date], I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience: Unclean Room: The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. The room appeared unkempt, which made it uncomfortable for me to stay. Lack of Hangers: There were no hangers available for my clothes, which caused inconvenience as I had to keep my clothes on a chair. Reckless Staff: I found the staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay. Due to these issues, I stayed for only about 5 hours before deciding to check out. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the duration of my stay. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response."
