"Terrible place to stay. Cockroaches everywhere, very unhygienic no lift no parking area such a waste of money. I paid for full three nights for two rooms and had to vacate as the condition was not possible to stay. I was deceived by the FabHotels brand :("

"I had booked 2 deluxe rooms and as per the room photos, it was supposed to have an AC. Had checked in pretty late in the night and after getting into one of the rooms, kids noticed 3-4 cockroaches flying around. In the other bedroom the room switched werent working and was unable to switch off the room light. Had to complain about it before another room was provided. This room didnt have a cable connection and upon checking with the reception was told that they have not renewed the tata sky account and they didnt wish to as well. They were supposed to provide complimentary water bottles for both days but gave only for 1st night and for the 2nd I had to pay. There is no branding of FabXpress anywhere and the location of the hotel is inside a super busy trading bazaar. No place to park the car. Hot water takes 20mts to come throught the tap. All the food leftovers and other garbages were kept near the elevator for 2 nights and the entire corridor was stinking badly. Finally to add a touch to all these, was charged 600rs for late checkout by an hour. Horrible, Pathetic and Poorly Maintained Hotel ! Would never ever recommend this to anyone !"

"Least communication regarding services. We were told that 2 single bed room was available at rhe time of booking. On going to hotel we were told they were never vacant. As our fares were non refundable after check in we were stuck for rest for our bookinsg. One of the stayee checked out in 36 hours and other on 4th day. Breakast adoon money was not refunded for anybof the stayee. Would avoid booking again."
