I had to ask for everything like glass, plate, spoon and even mineral water which was entitled. A pair of bathroom slippers would have helped to maintain cleanliness.

I hope the fab hotel top management reads this and makes an enquiry into the working of this hotel. We had booked this hotel for a stay of 2 nights last week. Upon arrival the front desk gave us a room which was not cleaned after the last checkout. The linens were dirty and had shed hair from previous use. We had to stand outside the room while they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I still have the soreness in my back from spending 2 nights sleeping on it. Spring Matress is old and sagging in places but the hotel management still hasn't done anything to replace them. The rooms are quite conjusted, but if travelling alone you can make do. If travelling family, then the rooms are not comfortable enough due to lack of space. Bathroom is clean enough and spacious.. On the 2nd day morning I gave the room key to the front desk and requested for a cleaning. To my shock they had not done it even when we returned in the evening! We had to wait outside the room for the 2nd time while they cleaned the room, again. On top of all this, the hotel owner is so greedy that he wanted us to pay full amount for the entire stay upfront, even though I had paid advance amount online while booking. The desk clerk kept giving us some excuse about how the app won't let him check us in without full payment. I refused and only paid at the end of checkout, i recommend you do the same also. I paid around INR 1500 including GST per night and they don't stock any water bottles or snacks. Any food or drink ordered through the hotel phone will have a premium over the mrp coz they had to travel to nearby store and buy the items you asked for. Overall my experience with this budget stay was horrendous. Recommended only if you're travelling alone to Bangalore. PS: We also found a bug in between the sheets.Photo attached.

Firstly, If you are having a car ( Except micro Hatchback ). Please don't consider this hotel because they don't have a proper parking space for all types of cars. Unfortunately no one assisted me and it ended up of loosing my front bumper. And if you park in roadside, the responsibility is on you. Not on hotel side. This made my night sleepless because of unsecured parking. Rooms are not that much spacious. For me, just only me so that space is enough for me. But for couples are families, It's not good for them. They don't have late check-in and check-out policy, So I checked in at 9:30pm and I need till 3pm of next day. They refused and said to make check-out by 11am. Ended up paying extra for just 4 hours. And the service boy is literally making statements like thrashing. No adequate toiletries, Bedspreads has stains, Towels are not clean. Overall for 1,500 It's a okayish hotel. There are more sorts of hotel in this budget and nearby that location itself. Pros : Nearby stores, Hotels, Hospitality Cons : You'll end up in loosing your sleep by some random sounds like running, Patting, Loud speaking.

When u search..it don't show proper pic of the stay...it's horrible ..no proper reception staff..please maintain some standards entry of the stay is so scary..as though it's like old place

Terrible experience, They didn't provided stay at Purple Grand, Moved to some local Hotel by saying that they overbooked the hotel and there is no accupancy after reaching hotel. No any other amenities given by the hotel where currently we are staying. I will never ever book hotel again with Fab Hotel's

Worst experience ever. I made a confirmed booking through Booking.com, only to reach the hotel and be told that there were no rooms available. This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who was new to the city and travelling alone, I was treated with complete disrespect and zero empathy. This is not how any guest—especially a solo traveler—should ever be treated. Adding to this nightmare, a person associated with FabHotel, named Parth Kataria, initially contacted me but then stopped responding to my calls altogether. Till now, my money has not been refunded. No updates, no accountability—just silence. This entire experience was mentally stressful, unsafe, and infuriating. Being stranded without accommodation after a confirmed booking is unacceptable, and the lack of support afterward makes it even worse. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly warn others before trusting this property or its management.

Hi team The fan in the room is very bad feels like it falls when increased speed and no AC is given.apart from that this is room which has big window which can be directly seen by reception which is the bigger privacy issue.

It’s one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at with my family. On the day I arrived, I asked the supervisor for another parking option because my jeep could not fit in their underground parking. He kept insisting that I park in their parking anyway, and as a result, the roof of my jeep got smashed. I had to spend 18,500 INR on repairs. When I confronted him about it, he started shouting at me like a goon. The room was okay, but definitely not suitable for a family. I stayed there for 4 days, and every single day I asked to speak with the manager, but they never allowed me. The hotel is run by a bunch of goons. I had chosen the MAP plan, but when I checked in, they told me I was not eligible for complimentary breakfast. Only after I showed them my reservation did they agree. Even then, for breakfast they provided only food—no coffee or tea. On top of that, every single day there were issues with other customers too. I don’t understand why Booking.com promotes such hotels run by goons. My humble request to anyone reading this review: Don’t waste your money here.
