Very delightful experience during my stay in Greenland Grand Hotel, Excellent room service, Breakfast and welcoming staff, Specially receptionist Kishore very excellent person make my stay seamless.
My recent stay at the Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and well-stocked daily. The hotel's central location made it incredibly easy to walk to local shops and landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying here again soon.
Worst experience As we check in in the evening hours at that time also our room was not ready at 6pm... We had already booked and paid the 25%in advance after that also they are not ready to give the room access..... Asking to pay the full money before checking the room. The room was in the pathetic condition.. with cockroaches and mosquitoes. No toiletries were provided. Even the bedding was not clean. No fan only AC in the suite room. So many sockets were there but only 2were working. Corridors were dirty.staff and especially the receptionist was very non cooperative.this was the condition of the suite room. Not recommended at all.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are filthy, the AC doesn't work, and the bathroom smells terrible. They don't even provide basic necessities like clean sheets or bottled water. The staff is rude and uncooperative. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Terrible experience.The rooms are super small with high speed fan which led to my baby’s cold. The rooms have mould and the staff is extremely inefficient. Overall a very bad experience.
I was not aware that this area is surrounded by bars, and this information was not mentioned at the time of booking. Unfortunately, my family was unable to stay here, and we checked out in 5 min. The hotel staff only advised to not stay at the property with family. Despite my request I did not get any refund, not even partially. This is a serious concern. It would be kind and respectful if such information is added to the property advertisement.
First and foremost, we arrived at 11 30 in night due to flight delay. We were group of 8 people and booked 2 cabs. First cab arrived early while I was still waiting for second cab. When my wife and kids reached hotel they had a horrific sight. 8-10 drunk men were coming out making loud noises and commotion. They got scared and waited in cab for me to arrive. Meanwhile the hotel shutter was half down and guard was calling my family to come in quick and not stay outside, which made her even more scared. After I reached and pursued her, she finally agreed to stay there. Then came second shock. Reception staff has changed our room from 2-3 floor to 4th floor without any explanation. Since it was late and we had no other option. The rooms were dim lit and small. Does not seem like Deluxe room. Attaching few pictures for the readers. Finally, at breakfast we were made to wait for 50 mins before breakfast could arrive. Crockery was old and chipped (see pic of tea mug). We asked for butter toast but got jam toast instead. Every small request has to be made multiple times before it could be heard. Finally, I know staff would say I was rude at the time of check in, but I was really tired after long travel and flight delays, and they made silly jokes about giving id proof of my kids etc. that irritated me. I am sorry for making them feel bad, but the fact is it has become a trend that people who book rooms online get shorter end of the rope. When we book online and pay in advance we have no bargaining power left and hotels can give any room left after giving good rooms to walk in guests. Plus the walk in guests get better price than online guests.
Very Bad experience Reception shutter found closed,Geyser not working, service is not given on the pretext of no one is available,other than a single person,towel given is very dirty,I have to entered through bar gate after arrival after15 Minutes,Iam unable to approach the office staff at reception. Space at reception is not available to sit properly .
My stay at the Fab Hotel that i booked through MakeMy Trip was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly one female employee, were very rude, and the receptionists appeared unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. The rooms were unhygienic with an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Breakfast options were extremely limited, with only one paratha provided, and additional items were charged extra. The room was small, overpriced, and lacked essential amenities such as toiletries, water, and proper cleaning. Despite repeated requests, service remained inadequate. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
Greedy for money. Pathetic experience at reception. Zero politeness, zero courtsey, zero customer oriented approach.
