Staff response is good rooms also good

In our 3 days stay, the lift wasn't working so we had to climb 6 whole floors all these days and it was really tiring. There was a train track right behind our room and it was too loud and we could barely sleep at night. Ac was leaking. Shower gun in the washroom was almost broken and all the taps were rusty. Towels were not changed everyday, for 3 days we had to only manage with 5 (3 people). Only the breakfast was good, but very limited , very few varieties. Homely food but not many options.

Worst hotel due to my bad time I got this room in exchange from other hotel Due to late night I checked in other wise worst room

The hotel watchman was so rude. He did not let us inside despite saying that we have booked a room online. The room was so stinky, bed spreads were torn, bed sheets were dirty, wash basin was broken. I checked out from the hotel within half an hour from check in. Not worth a penny. Waste of complete money. The hotel was looking somewhat shady and not suitable for family. The receptionist did not even ask for ID proof.

Unlike hotels like Novotel or Taj that understand the concept of grace time, this place treats 11:01 AM like a crime scene. I’m surprised they didn’t call security. All in all, if you’re looking for an experience that lowers your standards in life, you’ve found your winner.
