"i recently had the misfortune of staying at g grand and was thoroughly disappointed. the room was dirty, with stained carpets and dust-covered furniture. the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold and mildew.
the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to requests. the wi-fi didn't work.
to top it off, i found cockroaches in my room and was charged extra for services i never used. the hotel's management seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns.
avoid this hotel at all costs. poor service, subpar amenities, and unacceptable cleanliness. never returning!"

The bedsheet and pillows were not washed, hair strands were there. the room was dusty and not cleaned. they asked to pay more amount saying it is very less. even saying to not book next time and come directly.
they ask to review infront of them. these are fake reviews mostly

Worst experience of life, dont belive the reviews or photos. they r very unprofessional, i accidentally transferred 750 inplace of 500 for additional guest, they say the money is not refundable once tranfered.
there is no proper parking, rooms are very unclean, bed sheets and pillow cover are not washed. there is no manager to take care of problems, the owner says to silently go and sleep in room when asked about money, rude, dangerous, careless, worst quality everything in 1 single hotel.
i tried calling the fab customer care and waited for almost 30 mins, their ivr kept saying all r busy please wait. it was night 10:30, i had no choice.

I am writing my feedback or experience of my stay in this fabexpress d grand hotel in hyderabad, everything i didn't like in this hotel, unprofessional staff, looting money by saying non related reasons, no cleanliness in rooms, have mosquitoes inside room, opened dustbins, seems like remote location. my final opinion is these type of hotel may effects the reputation of fabexpress hotel management. reception staff asking money by saying fabexpress charges for early check in, but after payment completed they said the money for them it is so disappointment to me and got bad impression on fabexpress hotels. anyways i know my feedback wouldn't change anything, but it is my responsibility to let you know my experience of stay in this hotel.
