FabHotel Royal Palace Ruby
First of all this was my worst staying experience in my life. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and I paid the whole amount through online. When I went for check in the receptionist told me I have to pay more. When I asked why, thn the receptionist told me which one I paid that amount very less. Total I paid 1454/- . After all the discounts. Receptionist hold my check in more than 1hr. She told me I have to pay more 1398/- other wise I cannot check in . When try to connect to FAB customer care I didnt get any solution. I showed the receptionist the price which one I paid in FabHotel app, still dont want to understand. After long wait when I dont have any options I paid extra 1398/-, because I was tied and I need rest. After that when I enter the room the room was very tiny and smell no good, bed linen was not clean properly also cockroach running around. For This kind of room seriously I paid too much. Its totally waste of my time and money. After this incident I never trust FabHotels .
FabHotel Nest
Worst experience at this hotel First our train was delayed almost by 13 housr so we called fab hotels to modify the booking but the hotel person made us pay for the day we didn't stayed there Secondly the rooms were very dirty dust all over the place no toiletries were given for three guest they provided 1 towel and when asked for more they denied saying its hotel policy Third room AC was not working it was hot as hell and they didn't even care about repairing the AC they said we will call the repairing person but no one came Fourth we were ther for US Visa appointment so the best part about this hotel was its only 600ms from us visa office Everything else was just not okay i didn't even felt like taking pictures there were so many problems
FabHotel Luxor
The worst downmarket hotel i have ever stayed, i had booked for two days but i left after 1 day. Horrible staff behavious and i had booked a deluxe room was given the dirtiest filthiest room available, infact the worst room on 1st floor, inside the room was stained with paan spit red in colour, only 1 spot light working, like a dungeon dark and smelled of mould. The linen were dirty and torn....i felt like puking...fab hotels is the worst chain they cheat customers of money and exploit them...i would request everyone to avoid fab hotels like plague! I requested several times to give me a good room but they denied! Hipe fab hotel takes strictbaction against these people
FabHotel Nest
The room was completely different from the pictures shown on the app. There was a strong cigarette smell, the washroom was not clean, and the room size was much smaller than expected. Overall, a disappointing experience.
FabHotel Sayeeda International
It was pathetic experience .Washroom was nit maintained and drainage was not managed .Staff was so rude .No proper comunication
FabHotel Aafreen
Very pathetic service. Rooms are very dirty and badly maintained. Sheets and pillows cover not cleaned and they did not had any good one available. Pictures shown on website and actual room is very different. Misleading to customers.
FabHotel Motisarai
Tv not working, room size too small, having 3 night stay but not provided a single bottle of water they charged 30 rupees per ltr bottle.room too dirty.
FabHotel Samrat
The rooms shown in the photos differ from actual rooms. Very congested for 2 people. Staff deliberately gave us shady and small room because we booked it online.
