The room is very spacious and maintained, The location is prime and easy to reach.

This property is good for single/double traveler. Located in residential vicinity of Bangur Avenue. The room I stayed was very small with a tiny attached bathroom. The room doesn't have any ventilation. AC is good, Wi-Fi is also good and uninterrupted. Lift is there. No inhouse kitchen, but food can be ordered from outside restaurants. Service staffs are cooperative. Kolkata's few best non vegetarian restaurants has their outlets nearby. Value for money.

They charged unnecessarily everything at the time of Checkout, Like:- For Water Bottle they have charged 10 Rupees more for each bottle,, For bedsheet they charged 150 rupees, Worst Experience Ever

People here are exteremely helpful and I respect them a lot. Rating is for the photos shown on the websites and actual condition. Seeing actual room was a big disappointment. My package included a breakfast which I didnt get before 8.30am. They served veg sandwich and BREAD BUTTER TOAST on Day 2. A machine made tea. Thats it. This was not at all fulfilling. If I had to eat more, it was chargeable. And even if I was ready to pay more, chef was not available. Overall disappointing stay I had. Rooms and breakfast doest not at all justify the money paid. Fab Hotels standard is definitely different. I trusted on this brand. It was my big mistake I believe.

It was the worst hotel ever I stayed, first we have to wait till 12:30pm then our room get ready for check in, then we ordered our lunch on 12:45pm and they deliver the lunch around 3:10 pm , in night we again order a bottle of water but they forgot it and after 1 hr when I call them again then they deliver the bottle, and the room balcony is also attached with another room, and the balcony gate was transparent, there was only one curtain. The hotel staffs didn't tell us that the balcony is attached to other room. We came to know this thing at night and we saw that our balcony gate's lock is also broken, so we stayed for the whole day with this kind of privacy, and they are also using the balcony for hanging clothes at the same time when we are in the room, this is worst hotel, worst service, worst food ever, Dear Fab Hotel , I will never visit your any hotel in future, and never recommend anyone for Fab hotel, and not a single person in my whole family and friends circle will visit your hotel , and also not recommend to anyone. Your guys just spoiled my vacation, I checked out in one day and staying in another hotel which is far better than this hotel .

I had a very disappointing stay at Feb Hotel New Annapurna. My room cost ₹1700 per night and included breakfast and dinner, but the hotel claimed they didn’t have any record of it. Even after placing an order, it took over an hour to get the food. On top of that, they added extra charges to my bill at checkout without any explanation. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a pathetic experience. I have booked the hotel online from booking.com by reviewing the photos uploaded at the site and also the reviews. After reaching out to the destination we found out rooms are so clumsy and ac is damaged, the parts of ac have been attached by tape. Even from the room, we got a rotten smell. They suggested another room also, but we found out the same condition in every hotel room. So finally, we cancelled the booking and searched for another one. Extremely bad experience in FabHotel. I am not recommending it at all.

Worst experience I had. The rooms and the hotel were clean but the management was very bad. The hotel management did not allow visitors, and the staff was talking very rudely to my visitor. They even asked for extra money just to allow a visitor which is a basic thing. Would recommend fab hotels to anyone.

Worst hotel, service was so slow. We have to wait for 2.5hr after we ordered our lunch. My room balcony is attached with another room and the balcony's gate was also broken, so what is the safety there? They took 1hr to give us a bottle of water.
