Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
Location is nice near Howrah junction and one can find market, restaurants, eateries just at walking distance. Hotel stay was not at all comfortable, there no lights on Floors, corridors, pathetic condition of rooms. Dirty linens. No ventilation in terms of Window, exhaust in bathroom. I would only recommend if you want to stay for overnight. No room service & would not recommend for families to stay there.
Room was so dirty, washroom was very dirty over rated hotel. Bed and blanket also dirty.
Terrible experience! The washroom was unhygienic and dirty, and there was no laundry service. The staffing was poor, and they charged excessive extra fees. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. The rooms were compact and nothing like the ones shown in the pictures. Biggest mistake staying here.
Absolutely the worst stay of my life. The owner behavior was so rude and inhuman that I felt like an unwelcome burden. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Basic facilities didn’t work — not even the lights properly. I couldn’t sleep because of constant noise and insects crawling around. Please save yourself the trauma and NEVER book this hotel.
Very poor hotel I’ve ever experienced….power supply problems at 11 pm….after complaining in morning also…till the time of check out it’s not resolved…
Not Worth the Price 1/5 stars I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but it turned out to be a costly mistake. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was a nightmare. The bath tub was old and dirty, and the bathroom fittings were rusty and outdated. Given the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver. Would not recommend.
