Nice location, good clean rooms, Nice staff. Overall good experience.
Although this was my first time booking through fabhotels, I pretty much liked it. The location of the place is very good (since Sector V metro station is near). Rooms, bed sheets, bathroom were clean. Overall my first experience was pretty good.
People were cooperative and soft spoke. Rooms were okay. Good breakfast option. 500 m from market. Good location
The service was poor. The lenin and blanket were of poor quality. Staff lack etiquette. There is no toiletries provided. Lack of proper information with politeness. Breakfast and dinner included with limitations and capings on order from inhouse restaurant. Not fit for a business trip booking.
Location is perfecto - hats off. nice. BUT 1. No service quality. 2. Breakfast not made available 3. No call for Breakfast 4. Repeated time reminders to send food to room 5. Room Cleaning only on ask 6. TV remote not available 7. toiletries only on demand 8. Limited water bottles in room as per no of days booked.
Honest experience of stay of 4 days- Pros- very near to cc1, city centre metro Cons- the lifts dont work properly. The building is shared with ambrosia bar&restaurant which is not safe if u are staying alone. Room services are not upto the level. Moreover this hotel has few rooms only. The washrooms are below average.
I have booked along with breakfast; but they charged additional amount for breakfast.
Very disappointing experience. The room and toilet were extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned before check-in. There is always a bad smell in the room. The bed sheets were unwashed and unhygienic. There were mosquitoes all over the room, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were completely lacking. Not recommended.
Hello Team MakeMyTrip, I would like to share my honest review regarding this stay. While I have no complaints about the hotel room itself, the behaviour of the reception staff and attendant was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We checked in around 1:00 AM at night and instead of being guided politely, the reception person argued with us and raised his voice over an OTP issue. He claimed that an incorrect mobile number was showing on his system, despite the fact that I had provided the correct number, which was also used for the booking. This was clearly a technical glitch, but instead of explaining why the OTP was required, he threatened to cancel our check-in and stated that he might ask us to leave. Also bragged about how many hotels he administers. The experience continued to be unpleasant: On the morning of checkout, I requested tea and was bluntly told “no”. Only after one hour did he call back to ask if I still needed the tea. The night before checkout, around 10 PM, when we requested drinking water, the attendant gave multiple excuses — saying they couldn’t come to the 4th floor (despite a working lift), then saying water couldn’t be provided at that time, and later claiming he wasn’t even in the hotel. This was surprising because other helpers were clearly present on the ground floor. Such behavior reflects very poor customer service, and if this continues, people will eventually stop choosing this property, regardless of how good the rooms are. Also no complementary offers were informed. Bathroom had leakage issues. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and shared with the hotel management for necessary action.
The location of De Sivalika Boutique is good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The room condition and cleanliness were not satisfactory. There was no hot water, and the bathroom was not clean. Also, the online photos look good, but in reality the rooms are very different. It is not worth the money spent
