The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and had all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, although traffic nearby could be loud at times. Overall, a great experience — would definitely stay agai

There are good and bad rooms... Don't take the corner rooms.. they are small and all rooms cost the same price... The food n service is great though... And it's also fairly near sector 5 metro..

While the service and location were above average, room needs upkeep. There were A) dust settled on the chair handle/ backrest B) toiletry was very scant and mini tooth paste was missing C) complimentary water was half a litre for each pax but should ideally be one litre each D) water from toilet shower flowed down in trickle E) there was no provision to have hot water, though some connection and piping were there F) toilet had an open drain and did smell a lot G) price is much above the market for the service H) lift need maintaining and some paint and greasing of the collapsible gate. The support staff, boys were very helpful and reception was courteous.. Overall the location and service was good

Bedsheets were torn and looked unwashed, room was smelling bad, and bathroom taps were not working well. Wallpaper was torn at few spots. Staff was helpful, polite and served well. However, they seemed useless at times because of the poor amenities provided by the property owners / managers. Definitely not worth the cost.

I booked a deluxe room at this hotel on September 9th through the Fabhotels application, paying in advance. However, upon arrival, the room was completely different from the one showcased in the app. To make matters worse, the AC was not functioning, leaving us to sweat it out in the sweltering heat. The bathroom door didn't even have a lock, which was unsettling. Even the cleanliness was not up to the mark, with noticeable dirt and dust in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel attendant's attention, they shifted the blame to Fabhotels, claiming that the app's photos were not representative of the actual room. Essentially, they admitted that Fabhotels was misleading customers. This experience was a complete disaster for my family and me. We wasted our money and time in a subpar room. I demand a refund, at the very least a partial one (50%).

Never ever stay here at any cost. Most pathetic room and washroom. No cleanliness. It's not stayable

Room no 304 in fab hotel salt lake (all in one) was opened by staff on 09-10Aug,2025 when We were absent from room (in way to Gangasagar).On reaching hotel 10Aug,2025 1640 hrs, staff accepted he had opened luggage and room in our absence and took contact no of my wife and called on her phone.We left hotel 10 Aug,2025 2140 hrs,we had no option but to leave hotel and avoid case escalation.

NEVER STAY HERE. This was complete bullshit. My boyfriend booked this hotel (he is Indian) and checked in and payed for three rooms at check in. When my family and me landed after travelling 24 hours to Kolkata, we werent allowed to stay at this hotel because we are internationals. We arrived at 03:30 am, We made many calls to the headquarters trying to find a resolution but nothing was resolved. At 05:00am we were still not given any solution and we were forced to stay awake. We have not slept that night.. we never even saw the room. My family consists of three seniors and they were forced to stay up. Till this day there hasnt been any solution offered. When you call they promise to send a refund email, they do not do that. When you email they ignore you or say theres nothing they can do. This is one big scam. We never saw our money back. Its been two months. —— UPDATE: Surprise suprise, they responded to this review telling me they will get in touch. Guess who never heard anything. FabHotel: take responsibility. I am waiting for my money.

I hadn't had a good experience staying there. Rooms were very dirty.Staffs were very unprofessional and slow.The location of the hotel is very confusing. All the problem after paying rs3000 for 2 days. Only positive thing was the ac was working. Even geyser was not in working condition. Overall if possible blindly reject this hotel as there are better ones in that area.

Staff and management is not professional.their kitchen gets close at 11:15pm.And then if you are hungry you cannot do zomato or Swiggy.I ordered something after 12.30 am midnight and they literally started fighting with me .I will not visit there again .
