I stayed at this budget-friendly hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room and bathroom were compact but clean and comfortable—definitely good value for money. The customer service was excellent. They provide a complimentary breakfast, which includes one dish served in unlimited quantity. Lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost, likely sourced from a nearby partner restaurant—the food was tasty with no complaints. I opted for an early check-in and was charged a small extra fee, which I found reasonable. I booked the stay through MakeMyTrip, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Considering the price, location, and overall service, this hotel offers great value that’s hard to find in this area.

The stay at the hotel was very uncomfortable. The shower for warm water did not work in the morning. When help was requested, the staff rudely denied and said that they could not make it work. The housekeeping timings were not made clear, when requested, the staff said that the housekeeping will be done in the evening and when asked in the evening, the hotel denied changing sheets. The waiters and the receptionists stating arguing when requested to provide the fresh towels as the least, which took about 30 mins. The room provided was supposed to be a delux room but the ceiling literally leaked when it rained at night. The only good experience was that the hotel gave us a different room after the leakage. It was a horrible experience for us. The rooms were bookind for 2 days, most of which we spent outdoors. For the little time we spent at the hotel, the staff was rude, misbehaving and mostly uncooperative.

I am beyond frustrated with the experience I had booking Hotel Oak Townhouse Shubhangan through Oyo. I booked this hotel two days in advance, and even took the extra step of calling the hotel to confirm the booking. The hotel staff confirmed everything on call, and I have the recordings as proof. Fast forward to the day of check-in (12 PM), I received a message from Oyo at 5 AM—yes, FIVE IN THE MORNING—informing me that "due to unavoidable circumstances," my booking was canceled and I would need to book another hotel. What kind of scam is this? Did you think I'd be asleep and wouldn’t notice? Were you just planning to make me show up at the hotel, only to deny me a room? If you don’t want to offer rooms at a discounted rate, then don’t list them on Oyo at those prices! If the room rate is ₹5,000, then set it at ₹5,000—don’t list it cheaper just to bait people into booking and then cancel at the last minute. This is deceitful and unfair! Thankfully, Oyo has initiated a full refund for me (which I have yet to receive), but this scammy behavior is unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the Consumer Forum because I’m certain I’m not the only one you’ve scammed like this. The timing of your cancellation—at 5 AM on the check-in day—clearly shows that you were trying to avoid providing a proper refund or solution. I have all the proof: screenshots, call recordings, and my conversations with Oyo, explaining this ordeal. To anyone reading this: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. And if you’re booking through Oyo, be cautious. Do not fall for these fake discounts and traps. This is not just bad service; it’s a blatant scam. Shame on you for treating customers like this. You think you can outsmart us? Think again. I won’t let this go unnoticed.

I visited this hotel to meet our guest who was staying there, for which they charged me ₹700. The hotel is very small and felt more like a slum dwelling. The behavior and communication style of their staff were also similar to those living in such conditions—quickly becoming arrogant, hiding behind fake rules and regulations to trap people, and using unprofessional tactics to deceive customers. I would suggest avoiding staying at such a hotel.

I had a terrible stay at Fabhotel Airport palace. I had reached the place at 5 am and they told me to come back at 9.30 for check in. When I came back at 10, the room still wasn't cleaned and the guy at the reception (Saif) was quite rude. Then, another person who came was allowed to check in as i was still waiting there, and when I asked why that happened, he said they came early and that my check in was at 12. The tone and demeanor of the staff was borderline threatening, which made you feel quite unsafe (not to mention that the area and location itself was shady). I immediately left and booked a hotel near the airport (there are quite a few which offers value for money unlike this place). More importantly, even the fabhotel team was unhelpful when I called them about the incident and the fact that I felt unsafe. It seems fabhotel team (Kshitij and Lokesh in particular) does not care about customer safety and only is concerned with taking money from these places. Overall, I would recommend never staying at this hotel (especially when there are many other airport hotels which are great and not that expensive). I would also suggest avoiding fabhotel as a whole given their lack of willingness to help a customer who faced a serious issue in one of their hotels.

DO NOT BOOK from FABHOTELS, they are extreme frauds. An executive named JYOTHI answered our call and said that three ppl will be accommodated within the said price. She also said that the hotel has a garden and is spacious to record reels. She said if we need to increase our stay by two hours we'll need to give them 500 rs more. All of this was discussed on call for 20 mins (number from Fav hotels website) We booked and paid. Later on reaching the hotel, the receptionist said that only 2 ppl are booked and an extra 1k will be taken for the 3rd person. We also have to pay 2k extra if we want to extend an hour. We told him about the prior communication, he said he cannot do anything about it as he is not liable to what the website executives communicate. We then contacted FABHOTELS again and after waiting on call for 15 mins they picked up and said nothing can be done. I warn anyone booking from FABHOTELS to just search somewhere else. These scammers will waste ur time on call telling anything you want to hear till u do the booking, after that u r ignored. The hotel was nothing as mentioned... The room was small and no garden outside just a plain construction site. The extra mattress given for 1k was bad and not worth spending any money.

There is a reason why this place is 3.1 star right now. Fabhotels are hitting a rock bottom with their services and it shows. There were bed bugs and cockroaches all around the place. We were planning to stay for whole day but it was so disgusting that we had to leave in Two hours. Never booking fabhotels
FabHotel Shubhangan
Usually I do not write reviews for hotels I just give them a five star blindly and move ahead thinking that there is room for perfection but the deserve better. However in this hotel it was a nightmare because I had two guest come from Dubai due to medical emergency and the staff was the rudest and did not help us with the basic amenities like connecting Wi-Fi in the room while they stayed for over 5 days. I kept requesting them that there is a patient in the rope I need the Wi-Fi connectivity as they do not have Indian sim card however this was not look into until I had to check them out one day earlier and made them stay at some relatives house. The last day of my room went completely empty. On top of that the hygiene levels were not good the pillows were stained the bed sheet was smelling there was no regular giving of clean towels. Thinking that the hotel is located in Khar Bandra I expected a decent service not anything close to five star but just basic amenities. The manager there was super rude super unhelpful and not care about the stay at all.
