I was only visiting Mumbai for 1 day and so needed somewhere convenient location wise for my onward journey. I slept well, the train noise did not effect me (my room was road side facing) The room had good working air-conditioning. However, The room had been freshly painted, which meant the smell of paint was still evident, and i did wake up with a headache. The bathroom / shower drain is blocked, so when I had a shower I was standing in the backed up water. This took most of the night to drain.

The rooms are of a decent size, but they are not clean. The curtains are dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom is large, but very dirty. The bathroom walls are extremely unclean.

The hotel has few good points - LOCATION - It is located just 100 meters from the Kandivalli station and one can easily get an autorickshaw within a minute for traveling locally. It also has plenty of food options nearby ranging from economic road side stalls with yummy food to some good rated restaurants in the nearby lane. LIFT - although the lift is the traditional grill styled, but lift interior is very nicely designed & the warm tone of lighting adds up to the delightful feeling. PET DOG - The reception is on the 2nd floor and one will usually see their Pet Dog on this floor welcoming guests with its cute n happy gestures. Ofcourse this is a friendly dog and does not bother anyone is more busy playing with its toys. Coming to the not so good points - WASHROOMS - The washrooms were not so welcoming, the corners appeared very shabby & not cleaned properly with the taps and other accessories having a layer of dirt. Most often you will find more than a couple of mosquitoes trying to disturb you while you are busy at your work. The flush did not operate well and got stuck couple of times during our stay of 2 days BED LINEN - Although the beds are comfy the length of the bed was a bit too short to accommodate anyone above 5.5 feet. The bed sheets were found to be not so clean with few dirty spots here & there. MOSQUITOES - There are plenty of mosquitoes around the area and if not careful while handling the opening and closing of doors and windows, fewmight get in to trouble you while you try to get some rest. The hotel does provide mosquito repellent device on request but is often of no use. Better to carry Comfort Agarbatti. CHAIRS - The Chairs provided for sitting at the working desks were very small and the design was not ergonomic to give that comfort for anyone who wants to sit and work.

Overall it was an average stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and Service was good. But the hotel location is conjusted as the is next to the station. It is good for people planning to commute by local train. Hotel don't have their own kitchen, no options available for breakfast, a fixed and limited breakfast is served in room. Water supply could be an issue here as the flushing water was not working.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2025 last week. The only reasonably good thing claimable is the location. The room provided had peeling paints on the wall. The room was full of mosquitos not letting us sleep peacefully. Though after complaint ,reply was being winter, mosquitos are bound to be there.Though they provided the liquidator, it was of no use. With the fan on and mosquito coils (which we bought), it was somehow possible to pass the 3 nights. Though window AC is available ,it is placed where the AC air hits directly on your face/ head. We had to manage with some Indian jugad and the fan only while sleeping. The bathroom is also a breeding place for mosquitos. The mosquitos make sure that you make a quick getaway from the bathroom. The commode is another story. The toilet cover keeps falling on your back when seated.......the rest you can imagine as to how to manage your work there. Having previously stayed in FAB hotels in other cities, this is a poor facility. There are better options available within the same price range. I am sure of receiving a standard revert of regret with trying to improve the facilities, though doubtful on the actionable.

I stayed here for two days and my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi — it was extremely poor and almost unusable. I had office work to complete, but because the Wi-Fi didn’t work, I had to keep recharging my own mobile data again and again. Another problem is that they don’t provide any complimentary items — not even basic things like drinking water, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, or anything else. You have to buy everything separately. Even a bottle of water costs ₹30. The bathroom smell is very bad, almost like it makes you feel like vomiting. The room is also not very clean, and they don’t provide towels. You can also hear road noise inside the room, which makes it hard to rest. Overall, my two-day stay was very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi, cleanliness, and basic facilities were extremely poor. I would not recommend this place.

I have booked with the breakfast, they ask to pay me for the breakfast as they saying Fab has discontinue the breakfast system. Washroom was stinking a lot. Evan not clean properly.
