The staff is very coperative but 2 things that really bothered me were 1 )pest ...they are trying their best to keep palaces clean still few very small cockroaches can be seen accompanying you at times. 2) They don't allow visitors to visit,I was on a business tour &few of my clients had come to discuss certain things but the staff denied . It was nice to see them being so committed to work & policies but at times you have to consider few visitors.

Very bad experience. Bed was so bad that it gave us a backache. Washroom was smelly, flush did not work properly. Even after repeatedly asking for room change, new room was not provided

Extremely disappointing stay. The entire property had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I entered. The washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and there was visible fungus on the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable. The overall hygiene standards were very low. The place did not feel well-managed and lacked basic cleanliness. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the environment felt more like a low-budget lodge than a proper hotel. Would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Absolutely no hospitality, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. Staff behavior was rude, careless, and completely unhelpful—as if guests are a burden to them. Food quality was pathetic and overpriced, service was painfully slow, and complaints were ignored. Nothing matches what is shown in photos or promised at the time of booking. This place has zero standards and zero respect for customers. Total waste of money, time, and peace of mind. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.

I booked this hotel because booking.com was showing high rating(more than 7) and pictures were looking so good. When I reached to the property, it turned out other way. I would recommend if you are going to stay family. Also there were bugs in the rooms and so pillows and comforters were not washed properly. I would not recommend anymore to stay there

Worst experience ever. With no exaggeration. I booked this hotel through Booking.com going by the 7.2 rating (don’t even understand how it has such a high rating!). Not only the hotel was located in a dodgy old building of some narrow internal streets of India, but when we arrived they didn’t let us check in and stay because we didn’t hold Indian passport. Apparently only Indian local people are allowed to stay (funny they happily took the payment from an international card!). No solution was offered and we had to find another accommodation. The worst thing of it all is that, they marked our booking as a “no show” and now refusing to refund us!! This place is a total scam and I’m surprised Booking.com still have them on their platform.

We booked this hotel as it was highly recommended by booking.com and the reviews were good rated as 7.20 out of 10. But it turned out to be otherwise. This hotel is not suitable for family. Moreover it is not clean as shown in the pictures posted in website. We had booked from 23rd to 28th but checked out on 25th. Lost entire amount paid. No refund policy. The rooms are not cleaned on daily basis. Smoking from other rooms at peak and the smell suffocates the entire corridor With skeleton staff strength every time we had to call the reception for water and help for basic requirements. The washroom is not maintained. Towels were not provided. Breakfast is outsourced and provided in the room which is not good. May be we didn’t research well before booking this hotel. It is not a regular hotel for family but meant for people who travel for business, stay for a day and leave.

Fully unsatisfied with Room, services and location of the Fabhotel Lima International Andheri East Mumbai. Don't go with the pictures of website it's not the actual pictures of the hotel...not worth to book for any occasion...thanks

I stayed only for one hour and then we immediately changed the property so how come my stay is completed as soon as we entered the property it was very bad toilet seat was broken door nobes ever broken and when we requested the manager to change my room he denied as asked for 1000 rupees more to upgrade my room I have never seen this type of behaviour i suggest everyone never book hotels from fab hotels and specially freedom international Andheri East my money is still not refunded
