"SCAM ALERT - Extortions for Coldplay Concert Our booking (confirmed on 23rd October) for a two day stay over the weekend of the concert happening, was cancelled one month later due to "technical issues". Initial cost of room per night was INR 9000 per night. And suddenly one month later Fab Express team have woken up to the strategy of making is INR 57,000 per night. Their words "pay extra or we will not honour your confirmed booking". The receptionist at the property himself stated a bold "YES" when I asked him have you not suddenly changed the price because of the Coldplay concert. Blames flying all over the place - "talk to booking.com" or "pay us more and we'll reserve it again". My humble request to those who see this review - you might like the property, the prices sound nice to you BUT don't empower these scammy profiteers over human spirit. Do not allow these scam money making machines to leech of honest people travelling just to get a break from the hectic lives."

"Hello everyone, I recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while the hotel itself has potential, the service was unfortunately very disappointing. My room was not cleaned during my entire stay, and I did not receive any change of bed linens or towels. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided, such as hand wash or shampoo. Overall, the lack of room service and facilities significantly affected my experience. I would rate the room service as zero stars."

"The worst hotel I have stayed so far. Pathetic rooms and stinking linens. Please don’t fall into this trap. Photos what they share on the website are deceiving. The management is really irresponsible for what they are promising on the website through fab hotel. They were undergoing complete maintenance of the property and didn’t provide information of their maintenance well before the stay. The entire room and alleyways were smelling of raw paint and was filled with fumes of thinners. I had booked for 5 days and had to settle with this paint and thinner smell for the entire 5 days. I was stuck with this hotel and couldn’t move out, as the management had taken the entire amount for 5 days initially itself. I literally had to stay out from the hotel because of this strong toxic smell of paints and used to come to hotel only for sleeping at night. If there was option for zero stars then I would have opted for it. I expect fab hotels to look into this matter and provide compensation."

"Worst ever experience to stay in a hotel. After reporting someone asked about the agreed tarrif. Then a room was provided. After entering the room it was found that the it's a damp and smelly roomwithout any window. The walls are damp, water is dipping from the AC, linens are not changed and the room is full of cockroaches. After complaining only linens were changed. At around 11pm the room was full of water dipped from AC. Again after shouting a smaller room with window AC and damaged wall facade and again a cockroach infested room was provided. Since there was no other alternative we had to stay in that room. Rooms were not cleaned everyday and it was cleaned only after rigorous persuasion. Besides the above the hotel allows young unmarried boys and girls to hire it for few hours. It was a nightme to stay in such unhygienic hotel. It appears that Fab hotel has no control over it and I felt completely cheated."

"Absolute Nightmare! Don't ever consider this. I am giving 1 star because I can't give below that. Such stinky rooms, with holes in the wall, and previously used unclean bedding with the worst possible hotel staff and even worse FabHotels management team. Earlier I was promised complete refund if in case I cancel my reservation. But during the time of check-out the hotel staff held their hands up and sent me to the FabHotels management team's way, where I was trapped in the "company policy" of 3 days money deduction, which wasn't earlier stated by the agent. And after multiple altercations, I was forced to incur the loss, due to incompetent management on their end."

Got charged extra for a breakfast combination but there isn't even a kitchen here and the first night I noticed the sheets were stained which got replaced in an hour. Overall the people are great but they need some serious rework on the standard if they are keeping that name of 7 stars."

"Terrible - i am extremely unsatisfied they way Fabhotels policy. First I faced issues while I was doing my booking. I had 1079 credit points which I wanted to redeem however due to technical reasons I could not avail. I contacted call centre and they booked that same property but without those credit point. So 1079 INR i had to pay extra. My stay due to personal reason changed and I requested to early recharge but they overcharged me for an entire day. I raised my point to the person on call while I requested for early check out but it was told to me that I needed to confirm before 12 hours. That is not at all acceptable. Checkin and checkout time mentioned as 11 am and 12 pm and I left aound 7.20 AM in the morning and informed to the management previous day and not at the same time when i did check out. This is highly unethical and i had to spent 1079 INR + entire day charges without any reason. Really disappointed and whatever your poicies are if your guest is leaving before checkout time then he/she should not charge for next day. I need my money back (not for the credit points) but the day where even I did not stayed and you have charged."

"Terrible location in the middle of mechanic warehouses. Room especially bathroom are infested with flies. Bathroom toilet has such low ceiling that I knocked my head twice. The bathroom is not designed for anyone taller than 1.5m. Aircon was leaking water. An dislution wa sti mop the floor with a dirty rag. Information provided by manager was half correct. FAB HOTEL should review if grand (what an inappropriate description) kohinoor should remain under your wing. Cost is way too high for its quality. I would not pay more 700rp for such room after having stay in 20 hotels in India during this trip."

"This place is not at all how its shown in the photos, the photos are a huge trap. The bed linen was washed but not clean and very worn out, it has been used many times before there were dirt marks. There was even a huge black spot on the blanket. Blankets were also washed but not at all clean and usable. On top of this I was given a room whose window faced the alley leading upto the hotel, due to this the hotel owner asked us to keep the window closed at all times. The room was ridiculously small. No space to even walk. This is my second poor fabhotel experience. Done with fab hotel."

"My overall experience was good. This is a lodge not a proper hotel first of all. Their is no restaurant of dere own. Food ia little expensive and not tasty. Rooms are not the same as shown in the picture. I requested alot of times to change our room as i was there for four nights and i had my little baby. At first they gave me a very small room, but after my request they shifted me to ground floor. Staff was very cooperative. But really disappointed for rooms, they are Really tiny and no window n all."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
