My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues. The washroom flush was not working properly, and the toilet seat was damaged, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bed was subpar; I noticed some hair and dust on it, which was unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabExpress Deluxe Comfort. Despite arriving well past the check-in time of 11 AM (at 2 PM), the room was not ready, and the staff only began cleaning it after our arrival. The room allotted to us was far below acceptable standards. It was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor of water seepage and smoke. The bed linens were old, stained, and far from clean, while the bath towels provided were in a similar unhygienic state. The bathroom ceiling was dripping continuously, creating a damp environment and an unbearable smell. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation and was nothing like the photos displayed on the website. To make matters worse, we discovered a dead cockroach under the bed, which was extremely off-putting. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend FabExpress Deluxe Comfort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

I have booked Executive Room but to my surprise hotel was having only deluxe category rooms. Rat was there in my room. I have changed room but it's not at par and not as per review. I have also done booking with breakfast but once again surprise came that there is no kitchen in the hotel. They have denied to give breakfast. I have called twice at customer care and express these issues and asked for refund but no solution provided. I am highly disappointed

Worst experience , I will never use Fab hotels anymore . The customer service said I can adjust my kids and they will book 3 beds and pay for extra bedding . What actually happened was a joke . I got a room of 2 people , the hotel was clueless . They also said the Fab hotel customer services always goof up as they over sell everything and do not inform the hotel . The hotel then gave me a 3 room and charged me extra . Bizarre and Bad management .

Pathetic experience started as soon as I stepped in. They provided towels upon asking but it was dirty. The room was not clean even though there was no glass on the window and a tree growing up inside the room. The phone was not working so I had to rush to the reception for each time I faced issues. I asked them to change room and the reception even said that if I am not satisfied I can change the hotel. Finally I settled that with room change but I found couple of cockroaches in that room later in the night and got a sense of money and time waste with this property. As I was no where to get help stayed with no choice. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Very bas service by fab. The booking amount finalized in call was 4200 . I did part advance payment after that reached at hotel & they were not agreed with this amount and did the gave us check in . In future will never even try to book fabhotel booking & not refer anyone. i felt too much ambaarance. Also hotel gave us too much cold breakfast.

Horrible experience with the front desk staff named Rana. He was rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the guest and not corporative at all. He make us stood outside hotel for an hour and doesnt ready to talk to customer service of FAB people. Ruthless person I have ever seen in my life. Will never recommend to any one. Rooms, bedsheet washroom everything was filthy. Bad service
