Hey viewers, i stayed in fabhotel cozyinn in marol near sunni mazid area and wanted to share my experience: good : 1. cheap and best to stay 2. rooms are neat and clean 3. staff very cooperative, many times i requested for hot water for my kids and they provided it immediately as they have induction installed. 4. easy access to old/uber cabs/auto. drawbacks: 1. nearby area is not hygienic. 2. don't get distracted with 'meethi nadi' it's just dump of waste material. 3. location is not in favor for family stay due to point 1 and 2. 4. if you are bachelor then it's fine. 5. very minimal eating option outside hotel. 6. hotel does not have kitchen so expected delay in your orders. 7. booking via fabhotel forces you to pay the full outstanding amount during checkin only. 8. tv/ac remotes are a challenge to operate, many time have to call support staff. for me giving 2 stars is because of so many improvement areas as the good stufss are something which is necessary
