We stayed at this hotel for more than a week. The room is neat and tidy. Staff was also very polite. The best part is the location of the hotel which is very convenient being near metro station and lot of eateries nearby.
Clean and hygeinic rooms, value for money. Smart and friendly housekeeping staff.. Wellbehaving Frontdesk staff.. Make us feel like second home.
Perfect Approachable Location No kitchen I was alloted 2 room 2 room has Hot Water and other room did not had hot water. Rooms are small if you have 3 people or more don't take this option Most important they gave Name hotel Azure and I had to stay in Hotel Admiral. Location is perfect may be they are not from the hospitality industry so may not know how to run a hotel.
The rooms were clean and completely hygienic but when we arrived at reception there were foul smells everywhere. We had urgently booked the rooms because we had our flight but the owner took too much time filing the details on register. We ordered some snacks before leaving the room but the staffs took too much time and served cold snacks with tea. It was costly and also worthless. The best part is room were clean and hygienic.
I am writing to formally escalate a deeply disappointing experience with my recent booking at FabHotel Admiral, Mumbai, scheduled from 15th to 17th August 2025, for 3 adults and 1 infant (under 1 year old). At the time of booking, I explicitly communicated the importance of hygiene, particularly considering the presence of my infant daughter. Unfortunately, this concern was not taken seriously, and my stay was marked by multiple unacceptable incidents. The series of issues encountered are as follows: The initial room provided had a malfunctioning water geyser, rendering it unsuitable for use. Upon requesting a room change, the second room was infested with cockroaches, raising immediate health and sanitation concerns. I was then offered a third room, but upon inspection, it too was plagued by cockroaches and was significantly smaller than the room I had paid for. This room did not meet even the most basic expectations in terms of hygiene or value. Along with it there were no enough curtains in the room which will cover up the window properly. I mean come on this is the basis sense the hotel should have. As a result of these repeated failures, I had no option but to check out prematurely on 16th August, despite having booked and paid for a two-night stay. I was left with no choice but to make alternative arrangements at personal cost and considerable inconvenience. Important Note: I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding our recent stay. During our next day when we decide to leave on 16th August, the hotel staff carried out pest control in hotel in other rooms and corridor while we were still occupying the room — including the presence of our infant baby. This was completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic consideration and professionalism. Such activities should be scheduled only after guests have checked out, not during their stay. This incident caused significant discomfort and distress to my entire family, and I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure such occurrences are not repeated in the future.

I would like to share feedback on my recent stay at FabHotel Empire Suite, which, unfortunately, was not a pleasant experience. When I checked in, the room had a strong unpleasant smell, and there was an issue with the door lock. No water bottle was provided initially—it was only given upon request. Additionally, the towels and bed sheets were extremely dirty. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience

All fab hotel rooms need maintainence, receptionists at fab hotels are very very very rude , I payed for primium room but the fab hotel receptionist spoke to me very very very rudely and gave me a very small basic room. Fabhotel is DEGRADING.
This was the worst experience. We reached out to booking.com because we left the room because it was unhygienic We complaint and told the property handler to approve refund from booking.com but we have not received an update from either of them. I tried to reach out from app, from whatsapp but these people are the worst. There were cockroaches in the room and we checked out in 30 mins and yet we have not received any refund Booking.com has worst customer service experience I have further tried to contact property manager also but no response from booking.com, the property manager or any resolution to the issue. Literally the worst customer service. The issue was raised on 2nd Aug’25 yet 2 days after there is no resolution on this. I am never recommending it to anyone.
