1 AveragePathetic service, poor room quality and the staff specially entrence staff with bad manners having zeroqualification , toilet was very unhygienic no towel, i went with my family to celebrate my nefew birthday the staff runied everything with their arrogannt behaviour hence we checked it out early morning 6am.Shaikh Shabnam, 28 Sep

2 AverageNot at all worth for the price being charged. first of all, they stated wifi service availability which was only available in the small lobby. second the bathroom was like haven for cockroaches. the lighting of the bathroom was like that of a thriller movie - dim, flickering. none of amenities were provided unless asked. not at like what the photos have shown !!!Vishal Balan, 13 Jul

2 AverageHey viewers, i stayed in fabhotel cozyinn in marol near sunni mazid area and wanted to share my experience: good : 1. cheap and best to stay 2. rooms are neat and clean 3. staff very cooperative, many times i requested for hot water for my kids and they provided it immediately as they have induction installed. 4. easy access to old/uber cabs/auto. drawbacks: 1. nearby area is not hygienic. 2. don't get distracted with 'meethi nadi' it's just dump of waste material. 3. location is not in favor for family stay due to point 1 and 2. 4. if you are bachelor then it's fine. 5. very minimal eating option outside hotel. 6. hotel does not have kitchen so expected delay in your orders. 7. booking via fabhotel forces you to pay the full outstanding amount during checkin only. 8. tv/ac remotes are a challenge to operate, many time have to call support staff. for me giving 2 stars is because of so many improvement areas as the good stufss are something which is necessaryGaurav Srivastava, 16 Jun
