1 AverageTerrible - i am extremely unsatisfied they way fabhotels policy. first i faced issues while i was doing my booking. i had 1079 credit points which i wanted to redeem however due to technical reasons i could not avail. i contacted call centre and they booked that same property but without those credit point. so 1079 inr i had to pay extra. my stay due to personal reason changed and i requested to early recharge but they overcharged me for an entire day. i raised my point to the person on call while i requested for early check out but it was told to me that i needed to confirm before 12 hours. that is not at all acceptable. checkin and checkout time mentioned as 11 am and 12 pm and i left aound 7.20 am in the morning and informed to the management previous day and not at the same time when i did check out. this is highly unethical and i had to spent 1079 inr + entire day charges without any reason. really disappointed and whatever your poicies are if your guest is leaving before checkout time then he/she should not charge for next day. i need my money back (not for the credit points) but the day where even i did not stayed and you have charged.Chintan Vaishnav, 16 Feb
