Worst experience ever. If you are professional or any business trip and looking for a decent stay then it's not for you.

I stayed here for two nights.I checked in via cleartrip to this hotel. The hotel staff didn't provide bathrubs and water bottles in the room. Which was very annoying. We had to ask for water bottles which usually comes part of customary service in every good hotel. Even after asking receptionist guy was reluctant to send to room. The rooms were very small, not worth of the price we paid. Service was very poor.

Well where do I start? In the entrance to this delightful hotel was what appeared to be a half naked dead man. This was then followed by 3 flights of stairs to what looked like a building site where the walls were stained red with no spitting signs and dust covered wheely bins. On the 3rd floor is a glass door leading to the welcoming reception area where the staff have every area covered by cctv and will have watched us pass the unconscious man and also carry our luggage up the 3 flights. At reception only comment was "passports". The rooms were windowless basic boxes that did not reflect any of the pictures from the booking site. The mattress was an inch thick, the bedding was well worn. The air-conditioning was functioning and when switched on was slightly smelly. No smoking signs around the room but the room has 2 ash trays and smelt of stale smoke. Again red stains to the walls. The noise from reception and neighbouring rooms persisted till at least 2am. Would I recommend this hotel, only if your only option was sleeping in a similar situation as the dead person in the entrance doorway. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1.

I checked in today and it has been one problem after another. No Water: I went to take a bath and the water completely ran out. I had to "adjust" and struggle just to get clean. How does a hotel run out of water? Flooding AC: It is now midnight (12:08 AM) and I can't even sleep because the AC is leaking water everywhere. Zero Comfort: You pay for a room to relax, but here you have to deal with plumbing issues and a broken AC. Bottom line: Avoid this place. Terrible maintenance and a total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend Gulshan Grand to anyone.

No lift to 3rd floor !! Stairs are atleast 100year old and is full of PaN spitting everywhere !!! congested Rooms with cockroaches all around, torn towels, no toiletries except for a 5rs Medimix soap, not even tissue paper kept !! Geyser gives you a mug of hot water only !! No room cleaning if you are staying for two days !! Won’t give you water bottle also until you ask for it! If you order delivery of anything you need to get it to 3rd floor yourself !! Pathetic overall !!

It is a pathetic hotel which is one of its kind which I wish I never would like in my wild dreams to checkin again.. disgusting and terrible experience even from fab hotel customer service as well. You don't give any updates or information that customers needs you to passon to the end customer using hotels and you expect business this is funny

This Fab Hotel is a scam. I pre booked this hotel through Fab Customer Service on call, paid booking amount online to secure reservation and upon reaching the hotel reception denied to provide me room saying due to maintenance. No prior notification, no support from hotel and fab customer service kept putting me on hold. Eventually I had to search and book other hotels at higher price. Worst experience. Refund is still pending.

Maintenance is not there. No neatness. Check first floor step, with full of cement bags. Stinky smell. Geyser not worked properly, plumbing problem, taps were tied with wires in room number 103. And bed head side cleaning Was worst. In room 1007, light fell down and bed was so old. Room wise 1007 is better than 103. Good thing is people and good, smiling and polite in addressing our concerns. But collected extra Rs.2,000/- for four people early check-in on 10th Jan 2026 at 6 AM (that is for six hours).

Very disappointing stay. The room was in very poor condition and not clean at all. Many parts of the room were broken or damaged, and it looked completely different from the pictures shown while booking. There were no basic amenities provided we didnt even get towels, water, or other essentials without repeatedly asking. The service was extremely poor and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
