The rooms were great and the staff were real friendly. They helped us with all our issues. Made sure our stay was smooth and nice. Would totally recommend others to book a room and stay here.

The place is right next door to my destination, the Trade Center, has a nice restaurant in the building, and adequate amenities in surrounding areas. The Room was clean, had a large bathroom, and the receptionists were very polite and accommodating. The room rate was competitive and reasonable. I enjoyed my stay! I stayed at FabHotels 7 Square, BKC for a day (9th10th April) and had a largely positive experience. Pros: Spacious, elegant rooms with a pleasing ambiencevery comfortable for a short stay. Exceptional service: Supervisors, managers, and staff were extremely helpful and ensured seamless hospitality. Cons: Terrible location: Hard to access and inconvenient. Restaurant issue: As a vegetarian, I was uncomfortable dining in-house since they use the same vessels for veg and non-veg food. TV malfunction: Took 30 minutes to replace the set-top box after check-in. Missing essentials: Only one towel and soap were provided for a couplehad to request extras. No tea/coffee maker in the room; had to order at extra cost before 8 AM for breakfast. Verdict: A good, comfortable stay with minor service gaps. Ideal if you prioritize room quality over location.

Didn’t think it was as bad as some people had reviewed. It was a small room but had a big double bed, bathroom was pretty clean with hot running water and decent AC. No windows so not much ventilation but in Mumbai, it’s hardly fresh air anyway! The main gripe is the noise from the staff and other guests of the hotel who stomp about, shouting down the corridor and slam doors most nights. Location was okay. I wanted to be near the metro but that’s not running it’s about 15 mins from a train station. Few restaurants and shops etc. nearby

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Purpose solved, they say including breakfast, but time they serve at 8 Am, if you want before 8 am they say with out hesitation no. Rooms are ok. I may comparing with some luxurious hotels. As per Mumbai standards it may good locality and clean property. I will not recommend for families vacation.

The manager is scamming people, denied entry to my prepaid booked rooms, asked us to relocate to a nearby property for few hours as the rooms i had booked were not vacant for next 3-4 hours. Don’t go for the pictures they have posted online, the place is filled with cockroaches and never ever book @FabHotels They are simply scamming people

Room is not as expected, in Google it was like gold after seeing that room it's just look like a lodge. Bathrooms are so small no space to stand and no space to walk inside room. The receptionist was so unfriendly and rude and his face was always angry. Had the worst experience. Had to call and fight with fab to transfer my accommodation and thanks to them for assisting me with the same. Never stay here. It will ruin your experience.

Worst hotel, I will never visit again they don’t have proper rooms, they charge more than their original rates. The room which was given was not having proper lights, proper tv , no sanitation and irresponsible staff. They just know to earn the money not to respect guests. They intentionally behaved in a wrong way and compelled us to leave the hotel before the check out by their stupid stunts. Worst hotel and worst staff, never visit
