.The hotel facilities were top-notch! From the clean and good quality rooms. The ambiance was elegant, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
A value-for-money hotel located at the heart of Lajpat Nagar. From there moolchand metro is a small walk away. The rooms are clean and the staff is super helpful. At the back alley you will find Amar Colony market where every kind of food is available. Hotel Bathroom, Lobby and the whole facade is very clean. Miss Kajal at the reception will always help you out and is very co-operative. Must Visit!
Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
I stayed here from 26 August to 1 September. Shabby, smelly rooms, torn bedsheets and blankets, low lighting, walls leaked when rain. No hot water for bathing. Garbage not cleaned for a week. Corridors full of mosquitos and ceiling leaks all through. They won’t give AC remote until you ask multiple times. I had no option, made a hasty decision. Book only if you have no other choice. They have the staff to do the cleaning, but no one asks them to.
Very bad experience worst stay not to recommend any one
many problems, I need resolutions for my difficult stay 1. AC wasn't functioning appropriately and we had to adjust for whole night in the poorly working condition AC, really not acceptable (gas wasn't filled in AC) 2. They didn't change the room, neither did they get it repaired nor did they have the courtesy to refund 1 paisa even when we asked them to do so, careless and not accountable for their mistakes Rs. 2200 was the price and we can't ask for a good working AC now ??? 3. size of room very small, NOT VALUE FOR MONEY AT ALL 4. They didn't serve me breakfast till 8:15 AM when breakfast timings were 8 to 11, I asked them to give me early since i needed to leave early, I didn't ask them to do something out of the way. 5. curtains were so thin that it was translucent and not opaque, which made the stay very uncomfortable, one of the worst stays. I need a response and refund for such terrible experience and stay.
Absolutely WORST!!! Completely extortionist behaviour by the owner and staff. They did not even respect my old age mother who is 65 years old. Completely distorted room with nil amenities, geyser was not working. Only one broken tubelight was in the room, with improper or adequate lighting. Bed was not at all in sleeping condition with hole in between of bed. When we gave the feedback after seeing room before check-in, they immediately said that GO AND CHECKIN IN SOME OTHER HOTEL. Hotels Association should take a note of this improper behaviour towards ladies and senior citizen that this hotel management have done in stay of 4th to 6th March. An official complaint will also be filed to Hotels Association of Delhi or Across India so that they are aware that we don't give money for this all worst jail type behaviour.
Horrible rooms, damp walls, water spill from ceiling, unclean bathroom, TV not working, toiletries not provided, nothing was good. Pics available on Fabhotels app is just to fool customers, it is exactly the opposite. Fabhotels should delink themselves from such cheap hotels. The funny part was that it didnot matter a bit while we kept complaining about rooms and other facilities. The person at the reception was more concerned about the payment and even asked us to pay on the day of arrival. So unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to book this Hotel. Fabhotels should also think about continuing with this Hotel in future.
One of the worst experiences I have faced in my entire life. I included breakfast with my tariff. I was waiting till 8:30 am for the breakfast and then informed the manager to make arrangement for it. I did wait for more than 1 hour for the breakfast. I had to leave for a meeting and when I was checking out, they came with the breakfast and told me to have it there. Really a pathetic experience. I don't want to talk about other amenities. I always remain satisfied with minimum facilities. But my question is, if you are not able to provide basic amentities timely, why you are charging for it?
Pathetic service and no courtesy to service your customers. I called multiple times to staff that in washroom there is no handwash but no one came to refill it, no proper fan speed and air conditioning working, blankets and bedsheets were old and ysed from last guest in same room. Request to not come at this hotel . I paid 1400/- rupees with 3rd class services.
