    "Didnt provide comforter/blanket at first .. serviceis too slow for food and beverage . I stayed in room no 105 without any room key . They didnt provide any key . There was cockroach and other insects in room . Even on the bed couldnt sleep well because of that .condom wraps in the cupboard . Place is not clean at all . Food is way too much low quality and quantity . Disappointed with fab hotel services"

    "The hotel is third class and better book s dhaba u dont know why fab hotel is spoiling its brand by having such hotel under its umbrella ! Stay is Pathetic and will request the guest not to book hotel even if they will offer you 100% discount . Have booked the hotel for 11 night but checked out in the morning itself . Request fab hotel to cancelled the booking refund my amout else will take up this matter to the appropriate forum"

    "Fab is doing fraud as they show high class pictures on their app, however in reality you will get the opposite. They provided the worst room with no amenities, no cleanliness, no safety. I have even written everything to them hence there was no action taken from Fab."

Offer price i got from fab for staying the hotel is 7000 including vatt, but they charged additional 400 rupees from me. Such a waste hotel i think they are focusing on couples for spending few hours."

    "The reviews and ratings displayed on app for this hotel appear misleading. The actual conditions I encountered were entirely different. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Specifically, one staff member insisted on additional charges if I didnt check out at night, despite my booking terms. The room provided was in extremely poor condition, small, and far from the images shown online. When I requested a room that matched the pictures, I was told there were no other options available, despite having a pre-booked reservation. The service was severely lacking, with no amenities aside from a room in unacceptable condition. I ended up checking out the same night, which unfortunately wasted a full day of my plans."

    "Do not stay at this hotel, its horrible, disgusting, unused hotels, untidy & don't book the hotel, they will say its refundable and they willalso create drama like only 2 rooms available and while booking they will say, so n so facilities are available and in reality its nothing as such, after getting ur phone number, they will start their scam calls and loot all ur money. And if u call the hotel person he won't communicate properly nor pick up the call and there won't be any refunds. Everyone who is working there is a fraud. Kindly, save yourself and avoid this hotel."

Had to walk 1KM to reach to this hotel. Never booking a fabhotel again. Absolutely disgusting. I checked out within 10 minutes."

    "After paying ₹3000, the room was a disaster. The door locks were broken, the TV was not working and was off its stand, the switchboards were exposed, and the washroom flush was leaking. Staff ignored service requests, and most switches were non-functional. The only positive was that the AC was working. If this is the standard from MMT, it feels like they are merely showing mercy by offering rooms to tourists."

    "1 - breakfast was terrible.. they only give two parathas per person (not mentioned anywhere on the site) 2 - staf was horrible and full of street's boys attitude. They were using towels to clean the washroom seat. 3- While leaving the room they ask everytime if we switched off the fan or AC or not.. (not etiquettes to customer) 4 - bed sheets were horrible. I told them to change it so the boy bring two sheets from store and pu that outside of my room...I asked why you drop that on the floor atleast put that on some stand...he said we usually do like this. 5- When I complained about all of this to MMT, they are ready to give breakfast but now they said butter will be chargeable I complained again to MMT then they said butter was finished in the kitchen so WE have to buy from outside. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience..First time tried fabhotels and now will never book this chain. NEVER"

    "I booked 9 premium rooms for the night of October 19th to 20th. Initially, the booking process was smooth, with the team responding to availability inquiries within 30 seconds. However, when my team attempted to check out, we encountered significant issues with the payment process. I requested a payment link rather than using a scanner, as this was a corporate booking that needed to be settled through an official account. To resolve this, I had to reach out to the Fab Hotels customer service team multiple times—approximately five to six calls—since the contact through whom I made the booking was unresponsive. Unfortunately, each time I called, I was placed on hold for 20 to 25 minutes without any assistance. My team ended up waiting over an hour at the hotel reception to complete the checkout, and the staff were not cooperative during this time. While the rooms and service were close to satisfactory, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be using Fab Hotels again."

    ""Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money" We booked this hotel for INR 1924, but it was not even worth INR 500. The place feels like a 3rd class lodge. It is poorly maintained, with dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and an overall unhygienic environment. The service was below average, and the facilities were not as described. We were extremely disappointed and feel cheated for the amount we were charged. This place seriously needs an upgrade. We request a refund for this unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended!"
