“I recently stayed at this hotel and my overall experience was quite good. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic amenities like AC and lighting worked perfectly. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. The location of the hotel is also convenient—markets and transport facilities are easily accessible. The food quality was impressive as well; the breakfast was fresh and tasted great. Overall, this hotel is value for money. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

I had a great time staying here. Perks of staying here include the really good location, easy connectivity to Metro and other important parts of the city , lots of eateries etc. The rooms in general were clean including the bathrooms and the customer service is really unparalleled, they even help you late at night.

Tiny space, tiny rooms, thin walls so every conversation at the reception comes through to the room. This is a small 7 or 8 room property - the location is the best part. The room was clean and functional, but really compact. The biggest issue I had was the constant noise coming in from the reception area. A whole day of the manager taking his staff and vendors to task (justifiable I'm sure), but I don't want to hear every single thing. My room was just past the reception, there was no way to skip the reception and it's noise levels.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The room I was first allotted was dingy, dark, and had water seepage on the ceiling and walls. I was forced to spend the night in the room after check-in because there weren’t other rooms available. The next day the manager was not too keen to consider my request but when I threatened to leave the premises, they changed my room. But I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel as the rooms are very small. It’s definitely not worth the price they are charging. I even reached out to booking.com customer care but they were of no help. They only wanted feedback. P.S. the photos shown on the app is completely different from reality.

Guys, if anyone is planning to book this property, please save your money and choose another place — even if it’s cheaper. The service is extremely poor. The bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, and we were given used towels. The hygiene standards are unacceptable. The bathrooms were dirty, and overall cleanliness was very disappointing. This is based on my personal experience. I genuinely suggest looking for better options instead of wasting your money here.

Worst experience i booked through flipkart paid complete amount but they are not ready to assign room extreme disgusting behaviour i called police then they assign me room , also in the hotel your network won’t work … mark my word network won’t work in any room even you can’t make a call your phone will be on no service please think thrice before booking..if you don’t trust once cgeck the room it’s not upto mark & also check network of your phone.. Used to be a very nice place, location is great, but reception behaviour is really bad. I used to stay here regularly, but have preferred not to, as there are better options and AirBnBs close by. On time check in as always a problem if you check in during the day, I was often made to wait till 2-3 hours to check in. While at the same time request for a late check out is rudely denied.

Totally avoidable. I had a booking there through booking.com but at the time of checkin the guy at the reception who was extremely rude n disrespectful told us they don’t hv any booking confirmation and they are totally sold out and we can just go. Very shocking behaviour! I hv never ever encountered anything like that. Very suspicious place not for family.
