Room is very dirty and no basic furniture too ( table & chair). overpriced, costed me 1300 good for nothing, wall are not clean, curtains are very dirty and not even dusted. ac is leaking, no lift if you are travelling with heavy luggage, you have to pick up your luggage to whatever floor it might be. hotel is 5 storied and porter is not available who can assist you with luggage. you have to ask for everything even for the complementary water bottle.

Fab hotel ashiyana is one of the worst experience i had, total room was occupied with pesticides. every where on bed, in the pillow found small roaches. ac outdoor unit was leakage with continues water flow in balcony. while booking charges for breakfast but same facility is not available with hotel that surprise me

There is big problem of electricity, once it go,don't come for 6-8 hours i have booked for 2 days and faced same issue for both the days

If you want to stay in hinjewadi tech park and have lowest prices, fabhotel is a good place. it is nearby (~3km) to the intercity bus station if you want to go other place like mumbai. the lodge does not serve any food, so bring your own food or order from outside.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
