The check-in, check-out and stay went horribly wrong and was an experience worth to forget. checked in around 7:00 pm after a hard day. the room was 401. fan didn't work, nor the wifi, after 10-15 minutes was allotted 403 but wifi and the room lights refused to work. finally was given a twin bed at 101 where things were working. got a call at 10 past 11 at night for my breakfast preference which i ordered as bread and omlette with some tea. i called them at 8:00 am to make sure the break fast is served as i was to leave around 8:30-8:45 am. i was promised that before that or around it will be delivered. i again called at 8:35 am but it was still on way so i packed my bags and came down. told the reception night guy whats going on and what was the issue for my complimentary breakfast? they guy called teh contractor who was supposed to serve but he asked to 5 minutes more and i waited for 10 minutes. finally i left as not one turned after 10 minutes without any breakfast. it was a nightmare and i personally would never return to this hotel nor would recommend my office colleagues to book this.
