Lift was not available, ladder there is water leakage from updwards walls

We checked some of the amenities before booking. after we checked in, we were disappointed to see that some amenities were falsely advertised. below are the ones that were missing: toilet paper lift laundry service additionally, it was mentioned that there is a 24-hour front desk. however, when we were checking in around 1 am, the person at the reception was sleeping, and we had to wake him up. also was taking a shower when unexpectedly the water supply stopped. this required immediate assistance from the reception, further highlighting operational challenges during our stay. we were also without electricity for over an hour, which had left us unable to charge our devices, use the geyser, or access wifi

Pls do not book this hotel its completely useless. very bad experience with my family and old in-laws i had to stay for one night and then moving ahead on my journey so i booked for 2 rooms for 4 members. i did the booking online, it was already 11.40 pm when i reached there, i was surprised to see that the building was under construction, only one boy sitting on reception, he had no idea about the bookings as his manager had left. then after calling his manager, he allowed us. but the sad part was he said there are no rooms available now. after 15- 20 mins after taking to his manager. he took us to some different place in the gully which is a residential area and some other 3 floor cramped building. room very very very small and unclean, cockroaches all around, bed sheets were not clean and were stinking. i never used the tv as i had to leave by 7 am next day. looks like lodge useful for couples only. no water bottles were available or provided, food u have to order from some nearby hotel , no intercom to connect to the reception , climb down 3 floor to talk to one person sitting there on chair. only i can say it that the ac was working ok and the next day we got hot water to bath from the geyser. but overall very disappointed with the place.

Rooms are great. however hotel in still under renovation. lift is being construction. ample parking space, so you can park your vehicles too. pricing is on little higher side compared to service & room offered. couple friendly too. just need to have ids.

All these reviews are fake. this is a pathetic hotel - avoid at all costs. 1) only one caretaker who sleeps will 8 am and not bother to get up and help you 2) no electricity backup/ or even provision for hot water - you're dependend on maharashtra government if you want hot water in the morning and electricity is not there 3) no lifts, access is horrible. during rains you wished you never knew this hotel. leakage from upper floors (not even from terrace) 4) of course no food, tea, water, not even an electric kettle n the room. if you ask them they will take only 2 hours to give you this, and also make you feel that did a service for you rooms are fine (given it's new hotel). if i were fabhotels, i'd give 3 days for the hotel to turnaround or else delist from the platform
