Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

It's a hotel without hospitality. receptionist is the service person as well but he'll straight away tell you wait 10 mins i'll talk to u later. i asked him for hot water to drink he said wait for 15 mins. i mean seriously for boiling one glass of water you need 15 mins, fine but the after half an hour i went to him again to ask for hot water since he had already forgotten that i had asked for it.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.
