Breakfast provided from a local shop in packed polythene cover, no water bottle, no toiletries, no hospitality.

Hotel was good, but from fab site the directions given to hotel location was wrong and I had to go back and forth to find out the place. After contacting the fab they put me in hold for 15 mins telling me that they will connect to hotel owner and it never happened. Fab needs to ensure that the details they give in WhatsApp is correct and not make customers run here and there for location

The room photos shared at the time of booking is not at all matching with actual. Service of the staffs are not cordial also. Rooms r very small.

Worst staff I have ever been to And the fab hotel customer representative who booked the hotel was also unaware about the quality of rooms and booked the rooms blindly and looted the money

Hotel Pearl Inn demanded for more money and gave me a room which is used by their staff
