We had a wonderful staff with Mrs Ziya with her welcoming presence. It was indeed wonderful staying that Fabhotel.

The experience with Fab booking is not good as suddenly on the checkin day the hotel mentioned we can not check in as the rate mentioned is not updated and are lower whereas the rates were discussed and agreed between Fab representative Mr. Pandey. The same person did not bother to pick the phone and even did not reply or called back when this issue has come up and later also. The hotel stay was comfortable.

I stayed here for a night as I reached in puna city at 4am in the morning. Worst experience, rude staff, toilets dirty. Overall rating i would give them is 2 out of 10. Stay here only if u dont have any other options.

Receptionist is very rude. Everything was finalized before the booking but they billed more and threatened to pay it one day before checkout Mad receptionist

1. There is no option to lock the door from inside (like tower bolt). Hotel staff can open the door from outside anytime with the duplicate key. 2. In bathroom no exhaust fan and there is a gap between bathroom window glasses (inside view can been seen from outside). 3. There is a gap in balcony door frame and it’s door(insects can come inside) 4. Old dirty pillows with new pillow covers. 5. Found few cockroaches in the room.

So much mosquitos in the room, rooms are not same as we see on internet, lights are not enough, peoples from near by buildings are try to watch you from their windows so you can't put your curtains off.. no discipline at all.. some peoples from other rooms are continually shouting in the lobby as they were drunk.. very disappointed

The room was good but no wifi was provided and they also promised to provide breakfast but it was also not served. There was no hot water and extra amenities like tooth brush and toothpaste was also not provided and they charged for extra bed and only provided a matress which was also not so comfortable and they charged a good amount of money. This hotel is not worthy and I am not going to visit this hotel again. Worst experience and waste of money.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in years. Rooms were in terrible condition — dusty, badly maintained, and nowhere close to what the photos promised. Service was painfully slow; getting even basic assistance felt like asking for a miracle. Location looks convenient on the map but the surroundings were secluded, and far from comfortable for a family stay. No Taxi or Auto, Ola or Uber comes here. Worst of all is the customer care service. In pure hindi language: Ghatiya.
