They have a broken reservation/ booking system. They allowed booking and when I reached the hotel they said they were out of rooms. We're supposed to call and confirm before landing up here!!!

Very rude and arrogant staff. Doesn't even help with the luggage despite of having very compact space. Very poor quality rooms, toilets not cleaned properly
