It was my first and the last booking that i made from fab hotels, henceforth I wont keep it my options and would never ever suggest any one to book any hotel from FAB Hotels. Would also like to share what had happened to me, for my 10th stay at Fabexpress Gavoriel wakad Pune, I had already communicated to Fab executive that I will be arriving early by 6:00 in the morning on 10th due to some medical urgency and need to visit Hospital at Pune. The executive connected me to the hotel staff ( Pawan) who confirmed me that it will be made available with extra cost for which I agreed. Now when me and my wife arrived early in the morning I called the hotel staff who didnt picked up my call, afterthat I reached hotel and asked the sleeping staff to please provide me early checkin facility as confirmed, who straight forward declined and asked to go and come after 12:00. After my several requests and arguments he provided a room which wasnt clean and was very dirty. Still as i said due to the medical conditions we need to visit hospital by 9:00 and hence have to take the room for freshen up and get ready. After getting in we found that tap water wasnt available and we communicated the staff who then told us to wait for 10-15 mins, we literally waited for 40-45 mins after several follow ups. Impatiently i get down and asked whats the problem who then said that pump is not working and hence have called for the tanker which will take another 15-20 mins. Now this really hurted and disappointed us and we left with no other option to leave the hotel at that time and take some other hotel for getting ready. After our hospital visit i again came for checkin at around 13:30 and what i found that there was no room and we literally got shocked as if how a booked hotel cant be made available to us despite paid in advance.. This was something we call inhumane and harassing customer to its fullest. I will escalate this experience to social media as well and will assure that no one in my circle/ contacts would ever book any hotel or services from this damn fucking app and site

Seeing the service here, I found it so strange that something like this can happen in a hotel. Even if you arrive 1 hour early before the checking time, you will not be given entry even if the rooms are available. And secondly, you cannot enter one child other than your accompanying guest. If every thing has meaning then it has to be paid. We did not get any good response from the staff. I talked to customer care and they told me that Rs 300 extra will be charged for early entry when I checked in just 1 hour earlier so that the room was also available or this is why I was staying there because we could do checkout 1 hour early. But we did not get any specific response from the hotel. Then I talked to the owner of the hotel or the manager and he said to me quite rudely that Rs. 500 At last I will say that my experience is very bad, it is Fab hotel of Pune. If this review of mine is uploaded on App to main then I would say that you should look for some other hotel.

My stay at Hotel Fab SR Wakad was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff is completely untrained and unable to handle even basic communication. Although I had booked my stay with breakfast and lunch/dinner included, nothing was provided smoothly. I received dinner only after an unnecessary and tough discussion with the manager, and breakfast was not served at all. The overall hygiene and room readiness were shockingly poor. The room had not been cleaned before check-in, and clothes of the previous guest were still lying inside. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches all around the room and even a rat in the toilet, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. There was no hot water, and the basic standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest safety were completely missing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their services.

Ugh, so disappointed. We stayed one night, two rooms, and both were just gross. The mattress, pillowcases, extra bed foam—everything was super dirty, like they hadn't been washed. Same with the towels. The pillows weren't even proper pillows, just lumpy messes. And the toilet? The absolute worst, covered in water and residue stains. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We asked for fresh towels, but they wouldn't give us any, saying we had to wait until morning, even though they knew we were checking out at 7 AM. Seriously, this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at with the family, internationally even. Definitely don't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have family and kids. The photos from the hotel ad are misleading and should be taken actions for consumer dishonesty.
