Dear Sir/Madam, I have been having issues with my last booking and have been trying to call the numbers provided but it is talking me to automated system and not able to speak to any of your representatives. Kindly arrange to call back ASAP or provide a number to call and speak to your representatives ASAP. I had booked a room with breakfast and I was charged extra for the breakfast. Upon reaching hotel, they said they will arrange from outside. Next morning, I had to do multiple follow ups to get some breakfast and they provided very limited (not sufficient for 1 person also), no mention option, cold 2 sip tea and basic and t cold breakfast. Initially, they provided for only 1 person and after a strong follow up they provided another plate which again was cold/small quantity. You have charged very reasonable amount for breakfast and atleast some reasonable service and options should be there. I would like you to refund my breakfast charges. Please assist. Rooms are not maintained properly. No hotwater. We called many times to reception to check on it they keep me on waiting but not resolved. There are cockroaches in room. AC not working properly.

Very poor service, they told mineral water but not given simple water after a lots of call and don’t provide towel and toiletries, after requesting a lot they give me one more towel its really ridicules, we feel we are bagger after paying booking this hotel directly……

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. During the booking, they clearly confirmed that breakfast and swimming pool access were included, but at the time of check-in they completely denied it and started giving excuses. This feels like false commitment just to attract customers. The staff was unhelpful, the check-in process was frustrating, and there was no proper resolution provided. Totally ruined the stay experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone if they cannot honor what they promise during booking.
