FabHotel Prime The Pavilion
Loved ambience and its walking distance 300 m from great Mood box pub. Staff behaviour is like family.
FabHotel Anchorage Inn
It was really great staying here. Service was excellent. Staffs are really well behaved. Homely food served. Thank you to the hotel staffs for making us so comfortable.
FabHotel Anchorage Inn
One of the best location just next to axis mall. They keep rooms clean and fresh everyday. Staffs are very good. Liked the services. Food is reasonable and good.
FabHotel Prime The Pavilion
“I had a truly pleasant stay at this place. The staff as well as the owner were warm, kind, and always ready to help. I stayed here with my family and we felt very comfortable—the room was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. The parathas she cooked for us tasted just like home. A wonderful homely experience overall!”

1. Booking & Check-in Process Booked directly through the FabHotel website after seeing positive reviews and the convenient location. At check-in, the hotel requires ID proof for all adult guests. Photos of all guests (except kids) are taken. Check-in: Friday afternoon | Check-out: Monday morning (3 nights stay). 2. Location Excellent location close to Biswa Bangla Sarani, a main road well-connected to all parts of the city. Walking distance to Axis Mall. Nearby attractions: A beautiful park with a fountain, walking/jogging track, yoga area, children’s play zone, and rides. Easy to book local transport (Taxi/Toto) via Ola or other apps. 3. Room & Amenities Stayed in a Deluxe Room – clean, neat, and well-maintained. Pros: Clean bedsheets, towels, and curtains. Separate split AC and geyser in each room (looked new and worked well). Bathroom size was adequate. Cons / Safety Concern: The bathroom entry has a raised tile barrier to prevent water from flowing into the room. All family members accidentally hit their foot against it, causing pain. Suggested fix: Create a gentle slope on both sides instead of a sharp edge. Shared a photo of the issue and will also directly report it to the hotel management. 4. Food & Dining Experience Breakfast was included in the booking. Options available: Poori-Sabji, Aloo Paratha (tried during our stay and loved it). Bread-butter-jam, bread omelette, poha, etc. Dinner room service tried on two nights – roti and curries were tasty and even enjoyed by my 9-year-old daughter, who is usually picky. Tip for Guests: Always inform the reception about your meal preferences and the time you want the food to be ready. This avoids delays and disappointment when you’re hungry. 5. Staff & Service Staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel owner, Mr. Prasenjit Maiti, personally stays in touch with guests from the day before check-in until check-out. Quick response to any complaints or queries. 6. Overall Experience Pros: Great location. Clean, budget-friendly accommodation. Tasty food. Friendly service. Cons: Bathroom tile safety concern (needs immediate attention). Final Verdict: Overall, a very good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

FabHotel De Sivalika
The hotel looked good in photos, though Google reviews were mixed, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was closer to the negative reviews. On arrival, I was shown multiple rooms – all had a damp, unpleasant smell, some had just been painted and the fumes hadn’t dried, making them unsuitable. I was travelling with my 68-year-old father, so staying in such conditions for 3 days was not possible, especially after paying a premium. After I raised my concern, the staff showed me another room. It was slightly better but still far from clean. Bigger rooms had stained, moldy sofas, the commode wasn’t properly cleaned, and the TV didn’t work until they replaced a broken remote. The staff kept repeating that they were giving me a “big room complimentary,” but honestly, I would have preferred a smaller, clean room instead. The only positive was that the staff were polite and tried to help, but the overall standards of maintenance, hygiene, and facilities were well below expectations. Sadly, I will not be choosing this hotel again and hope the management addresses these issues seriously.
FabHotel Olive Inn I
I booked a deluxe room at this hotel on September 9th through the Fabhotels application, paying in advance. However, upon arrival, the room was completely different from the one showcased in the app. To make matters worse, the AC was not functioning, leaving us to sweat it out in the sweltering heat. The bathroom door didn't even have a lock, which was unsettling. Even the cleanliness was not up to the mark, with noticeable dirt and dust in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel attendant's attention, they shifted the blame to Fabhotels, claiming that the app's photos were not representative of the actual room. Essentially, they admitted that Fabhotels was misleading customers. This experience was a complete disaster for my family and me. We wasted our money and time in a subpar room. I demand a refund, at the very least a partial one (50%).
FabHotel Philips
I will never book fab hotel ever in my life, worst experience
FabHotel Prime Eco Park
Avoid this property at all costs. The swimming pool was filthy, and the broken railing to get in and out made it life-threatening—I could have had a serious accident. They shamelessly overcharge for everything: ₹40 for room service that was never provided, and charges for mineral water bottles I never even used. There was no TV in my room, and the bathroom was in disgusting condition, worse than a railway retiring room. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and a complete scam. They mislead customers with false promises and then exploit them with hidden charges. Do not risk your money or safety here. I will also be reporting this to consumer authorities for action against such fraudulent practices.
