"Hospitality services are not up to the level, Restaurant Service is also not upto the level, Does not provide anything in the room, Takes more than 1.5 hour for everything. Only looking for MONEY nothing else. One bottle Rs. 30/- , no kettle to make hot water in the room. Overall Not good. You ask for food it will come 1.5 hour after. My breakfast was added for two persons but they did not give, when I reminded them they gave for one person not for the other person whereas it was added for both the persons. Worst Experience. Not good."

Only one towel was given for 2 of us, 3. Breakfast portion was too small, 4. No butter or jam was given with toasts even after asking, 5. Room was cleaned on the second day that too after asking and yet linens weren't changed, 6. 500 ml water bottle was given at check-in but no replenishment in the next days."
