It was a great and excellent experience with marvel bliss coz everything which we needed was nearby actually more than every thing❤️

Worst experience ever like just visited the hotel and the staff started to talk in a very bad manner and said if you have problem, complain this to the company. Then we visited the room it was so tiny and uncomfortable which was not showing in the images of rooms and it was totally different from photos then immediately we tried to cancel then the person in reception said you have been in room so we don't know anything you will not get any refunds. Still we cancelled immediately because we can't survive in those rooms

Pathetic experience. They charged us for complementary breakfast. They confirmed that the breakfast would be served from 8 am onwards. We went for it at 8.45 am & was told that breakfast is not ready & will take another 45 minutes. We were getting late so we asked them to refund the extra amount paid, but they refused to refund. This is disgusting. We book the hotels through such reputed platforms to avoid such last minute hassles, but such incidents loose the trust. My ratings are negative.

Spider, cockroach in the washroom. Towels werent changed throughout the whole week. Dirty bedsheets. Staff didnt provide breakfast even though I booked a room with that option

No electricity for whole night. And there is no hot water facility as we as they don't have breakfast available from morning 6.30 to 11. AM

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my two-night stay, I was asked to change rooms four times, which caused significant inconvenience. What was even more concerning was that the hotel staff shifted my luggage from one room to another in my absence and without informing me or obtaining my permission. After the luggage was moved, I discovered that one gold ring and one silver ring were missing. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, they denied that the rings were present during the shift and refused to accept any responsibility. The management, including the owner, Mr. Balwant, was uncooperative and, in my experience, failed to take accountability for the security of my belongings after moving them without my consent. Due to the seriousness of the matter, I have filed a police complaint and am awaiting the outcome of the investigation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope future guests are treated with greater respect and that the hotel improves its handling of guests' belongings and privacy.
