Good hotel with excellent service. Toilet shower need minor improvements. Overall good experience.

Helpful and responsive staff, clean room. Restaurant downstairs was good, proximity to US embassy was a big selling point. Only negative is the presence of only a single charging point.

I stayed at FabHotels 7 Square, BKC for a day (9th10th April) and had a largely positive experience. Pros: Spacious, elegant rooms with a pleasing ambiencevery comfortable for a short stay. Exceptional service: Supervisors, managers, and staff were extremely helpful and ensured seamless hospitality. Cons: Terrible location: Hard to access and inconvenient. Restaurant issue: As a vegetarian, I was uncomfortable dining in-house since they use the same vessels for veg and non-veg food. TV malfunction: Took 30 minutes to replace the set-top box after check-in. Missing essentials: Only one towel and soap were provided for a couplehad to request extras. No tea/coffee maker in the room; had to order at extra cost before 8 AM for breakfast. Verdict: A good, comfortable stay with minor service gaps. Ideal if you prioritize room quality over location.

Ok type room ... No facilities as such .... The wifi is not connecting.... At least one Mineral Water bottle is not available on a daily basis .... The rooms are too cozy...

I don’t have the option to give negative star otherwise I would have given that! If you are going as a couple or ladies in your group please don’t stay there! The photos they are showing on websites are totally fake and you will see a lot of men loitering around the area without any purpose. The receptionist is has no manners and has got arrogance! I really doubt that he sells our aadhar card data as well. Upon check-in I asked for basic amenities like towel and water bottles. The towels were yellowish and dirty and he charged ₹30 for every bottle, when questioned why so? He literally said my hotel my rules. The rooms have no ventilation and only the bed is barely fitting in! Just after 2 hours in the hotel I had to check out immediately because it wasn’t comfortable for the lady.

Worst place to ever stay….non flexible and rude staff….they don’t know how to speak to customers. You’re in a service industry and if you cannot accommodate a request you need to be able to politely refuse and not be rude. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and non humble

Most pathetic experience till date .. booked hotel based on reviews on makemy trip and main website .. all reviews are fake photos and reality are way too different.. No towels no handwash no shower gel .. no one is bothered to change the bedsheets and empty the dustbins .. garbage of two days stayed in room only I myself threw that on thrd day morning. Two guests breakfast in one plate that too after asking pls give breakfast at 10.30. No one to attend on reception entire day .. even at the time of check In waited for 20 min then called through app ... Pls pay bit high and choose good hotel .. instead of paying your hard earned money to these fake reviews hotels .. FAB HOTELS worst hotel even hotels at hill stations in low prices are much more hygienic and well mannered.
