One of the best I have seen recent
Room was very comfortable and good condition also staff are very good and helpful overall location was too good
Very good spacious hotel, suitable for family stay, nice courteous staffs.good restaurant around here.
We had to contend with 10 drunk IT guys on the first night there. They had booked 5 rooms on our floor and gathered in one room, smoking and drinking and walking down the hallways on cell phones without any consideration of others. When spoken to, they became, as well imagined, impossible to deal with. Calls to the front desk went unanswered and the only staffers there were poorly trained and lacked authority to do much of anything. Security did come after 15 minutes and kinda-sorta quieted down the fellows. An attempt to move us for the next night was made. We were offered a Deluxe Room on the 1st floor (We were in Room 202). Well, this Deluxe Room was smaller, had no windows and a mosquito infestation. It was a disgrace to call this room Deluxe. If that is their standard for a deluxe room, then we were in the Presidential Suite. Needless to say, we remained in room 202. Breakfast was also an issue... We had made arrangements with them to have breakfast ready for us at 7:15 rather than their 7:30 start time. We were told that would not be an issue. Well...turns out they do not have a toaster, so my toast was bread burnt on a tawa. My wife had pre-ordered idli that was not ordered until after we arrived. We never saw it as we had to leave at 7:45. Every evening when we returned to the room there was some kind of an issue: only one bath towel for two people, smelly bath towels, when a call was made on the first night for extra pillows, the helper arrived with only extra pillow cases and no pillows...that staff member also needed a good bath. Note too that this is a super wet, wet bath. The shower in our bathroom was just about a foot off axis to the toilet...and if too much water was flowing, the bathroom became soaking wet. There was also a rather deadly step down from the entrance into the sleeping area...do be careful in there. Needless to say, we won't return. Though we had numerous issues with the place, the management did try to please us. We really enjoyed the dinners we had at the upstairs restaurant (which is not a part of the hotel). What I liked the most: going home.
i had seen in website early check in is available but i didnt get a room (reception 8.am) he told me to look in oyo next ok i managed some how for fresh up in another hotel, again by noon i arrived by the time (new receptionist lady) told to me you had booked deluxe room and for the time now we will give you premium room (as per the staff point of view, not mine) after that you need to change to your deluxe room by evening ,ok then ,one of the customer manager called me at that timei had gone outside ...and told that we had a few guests so your things will be moved to delux room,,,but when i came back they had given a small room (but average for single )even i spent 1500 in any oyo they will provide a good space room for this price ,,,anyway i again adjusted ...by morning i had been going for my shower i havent seen towels so i called the reception (10.45am on 13/01/2019) at that time the same person whom i see when i came for early check in and returned me in 8.00am duty on (12/01/2019) had behaved in rude manner by asking about my check out fast... then i asked him you haven't kept any towel in bathroom and when i asked for towel you are hurry about check out and the deluxe room picture is not in website (business marketing )but dont irritate a client even he is staying for only 1day and 1guest thats become service ...then he stopped discusson fast and told me u need towel thats all cut the phone ..at that time i feel very bad that iam staying in this hotel without paying any single rupee ..i cleared my bill but this is the last visit in fab astra suites in hsr layout below tbc ..i had been doing business in bangalore and 1month 3times i will be there but oyo hotels had not behaved liked this ...thank you regards renjith 8606749555
-------- We rented two rooms for three nights. - During two of these nights, very late, we were woken up by either people who seemed to be phoning in the corridor or music loud in one of the rooms. - One of the bathrooms was inaccessible due to pestilential odors that seemed to come from sewers. Once the management was informed, she sent someone ... to put some air freshener. It is before our hallucination that she put some product to try to regulate that. Solution that was effective 20 min. No room transfer was offered. - Cockroaches were observed in each room. We are still able to get to and show at the front desk. The only reaction was I'll talk to my manager. Obviously, we are up to it. Lack of hygiene obvious, it is a pity that the comfort of the beds is to go. eˆ‡ Le personnel semblait A©couter nos plaintes sans pour autant apporter une solution viable A nos problA¨me. Locked Out at 4 AM, No Reception, No Contact Number. Absolutely Pathetic This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in at 1:30 PM, left for office at 6:30 PM, and returned at 3:50 AM—only to find the MAIN ENTRANCE LOCKED. Yes, locked. For a hotel. Not a private home. Not a hostel. A HOTEL. No reception. No staff visible. No phone number to contact anyone. No bell. No instructions. Nothing. I was literally locked out of the hotel I paid for, standing outside in 13°C cold for 40 minutes. After a long workday. At 4 in the morning. I kept trying the door again and again—even though I knew it was locked—because I couldn’t believe a hotel could be this irresponsible. Eventually, a man showed up saying he was sleeping nearby and came because he “heard the noise.” Funny part? I tried opening the door 40 minutes earlier too, and made noise then as well. Apparently guests freezing outside don’t matter as long as staff can sleep. The staff was rude and unapologetic, giving excuses like “this is a residential area.” That is NOT my problem. If you’re running a hotel, guests must be able to enter and exit at any time. This is basic hospitality. And the room itself lacked even basic amenities: Not a single water bottle provided No toothpaste Essentials completely missing This place fails at the most basic level: safety, accessibility, and accountability. Locking guests out at night with no reception and no contact number is not just bad service—it’s dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs. This is not a hotel. It’s an absolute nightmare.
Noone should selwct this hotel.i would rate it zero stars. I checked in fabhotel astra suits in Bangalore on 2nd November and my check out is on 5th November. It was mentioned everywhere as it is the most important information for a booking. I was sleeping and 11.10pm my room's bell rings twice. It was 11 in the night so I didn't feel like opening the door. Since I am staying alone in a hotel with no good security. The guy called Ravi sinha without cross checking whether I am in my room or not opens the door with the master key. Why this happened coz your fucking system showed that my room is available? Some guy called Kumar Suman gives me a room 106 but mentions some other room number on my form.? What kind of business you are doing.? Anyone can open the door with master key coz your system is giving a wrong information.? Is this a decent hotel business? I am in lying down on my bed and some stranger opens my room? That is the most horrible and annoyed experience I had. If I would have known that fabhotels can't manage their system I would never stayed here. And now I will make sure that none of my family and friend stay in any of the fab hotel. The worst experience of my life. I paid all the money in advance to that guy Kumar Suman ... I was ignoring small mismanagement of your staff . But this action is intolerable. I will let the people know that your system doesn't work.and staff don't bother to cross check before opening the door with the master key . What a Shame. I sent a mail To them but I didn't get any response so I am writing this review. Only good thing is the restaurant.
La palma hotel is far different from what they projects on the website. It is actually a dangerous place to be in. Looms are not at all good, like other reviewers mentioned all toilet and room sink equipments are rusted, bed & pillows smell horrible like it was never been cleaned. No security system, very dangerous area. While arriving late checking around 2am I had to go around for 20mnts looking for the address, hotel is hidden with no proper lights. Disgusting. I couldn't wait till sunrise to get the hell out of there. Very poor attitude from from office rep when complains were raised.
