- Nice spacious clean room for the price. - They have small cafe below from which you can order coffee or soft drinks or some food. - I liked the fact that Zomato is allowed to deliver to your room directly which was quite convenient - one fact that wasn't convenient at all was, I unfortunately got the room near the reception desk at the second floor, and there is constant noise of people at the reception talking, walking, even past midnight. Overall expect not quiet rooms in the night, if you get a room next to road or reception - Very friendly staff - no car parking available

This is the first time i met with a royal comfort stay It was very bad. No neatness, the bathroom is not clean,water leakage, towels&bathroom essentials not given by the hotel team, hot water not available. I prefer to book a cozy stay with FAB but this experience is very bad with this specific hotel

Absolutely disgusting. No light. Rooms are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Extremely dinghy and disgusting place. The lift doesn't work. The staff is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. This place is a total scam!!!
