FabHotel Prime Emerald Highland

Rooms are in service apartment, very big problem for car parking, room no 4206 is not good, no water in taps and the front desk attend in very rude manner and they say they're not responsible. no proper hot water in geyser. no lifts , nothing. please avoid booking fab hotels in goa

This is the worst hotel that i have ever seen in my life, the service and food was pathetic after paying 17k for 2 days. service - room service was awful, the reception guy was unprofessional and arrogant and service boys was not in their dress code. we asked for many things like spoons, extra blankets and they didn't provide on our first call. hotel & rooms - the whole property has full of mosquitoes, rooms are good but they are not well maintained like the ac was old and broken , the telephone wasn't working, hand shower was broken (attached) and kettle was dirty with rotten coffee in it, they replaced the kettle with another kettle which was dirty again, this basic services was missing. i have attached some more pics of unclean property. kitchen - one of the biggest disappointed was the kitchen and the food. we had opted for breakfast but the kitchen runs by different vendor and not by the fab so service and the kitchen has lack of coordination . so the breakfast options are too less. day 1 - we had asked for bread omlet which is a very basic food and they declined the ordered saying they didn't have enough eggs. also they gave us cold chole bature despite we ordered at 10:25. even reception guy was arrogantly said us that you should come early like 9:30 to get warm breakfast because they only have single gas. day 2 - we all have ordered bread omlet and they only gave us omlet saying bread is finished. the kitchen guy was started answering rudely. we have seen other people complaining to reception for service, even we have seen police has arrived

I strongly advise against booking a stay at any fabhotel. most of the positive reviews here appear to be fake, likely posted to artificially inflate the overall rating—they are far from reflecting the actual experience. i originally booked a different fabhotel through expedia and paid for it over a month in advance. when i arrived, the reception was unstaffed, and there were loud construction noises. after some time, a staff member who spoke only hindi approached me and handed me a phone number. when i called, i was informed that the hotel i had booked was closed, and i had been internally rebooked to another fabhotel. however, there was no assistance offered on how to reach the new location, leaving me to walk for 25 minutes under the scorching sun with two suitcases. when i finally arrived at the reassigned hotel, "fabhotel prime emerald highland," the reception there had no knowledge of my rebooking. after a quick phone call and showing my booking confirmation, they assigned me a room. the hotel was in disrepair—partially resembling an unfinished construction site and, in some areas, a junkyard (see photos). the pool was green and clearly neglected, making swimming there impossible. the room itself was completely rundown and unacceptable. fortunately, expedia was able to help later that evening and moved me to a proper hotel. my advice: opt for international hotel chains with established standards to avoid such unpleasant surprises. unfortunately, situations like this are not uncommon in india. paying a bit more for safety, cleanliness, and reliable quality is well worth it.

Never book a room here they are literally stealing money and running business on lie. charged 51000 for six person for 5 nights in pre booking and despite of knowing that we are travelling with people with disability to climb stairs they gave us room on second floor and we do verified before the booking that if property has lift and they confirmed that they have but it do not exist. they even don’t provided this information before checking that we don’t have your 3 family rooms available or please check what room we have available then pay they first asked for the payment and then tell us to check the room . we had to settle in one apartment with two room and two of our person has to sleep on floor at it was past 1 am and we had no other option as travelling with elder people . i never recommend this thief hotel. their this behaviour put me and my family in lots of stress and spoiled our vacation mood . say no to this hotel .

Finding this hotel is very difficult. fab prime is only for booking. the direction board shows high land hotel. rooms are ok. but no lift. we had tough time going up and down. never book fab hotels. very poor service. i called another fab hotel to get the location of fab prime. but his answer was totally negative. in future fab hotel out of my choice

Unpleasant experience with fab hotels – not recommended i strongly advise against booking this property or any fab hotel. after paying a 25% advance, we arrived only to find the property in a terrible state—the rooms were stinking, and the entire building was poorly maintained. we decided not to check in and immediately requested a refund. initially, they agreed to refund within 7 days, but later refused. i have chat history to prove this communication. despite sending a formal request via email, their response was simply, “sorry, can’t refund.” the customer service was unprofessional and disappointing; they were polite while booking, but became rude and dismissive when i asked for a refund. assisted by customer executive deepak overall, customer service is zero. i wouldn’t recommend fab hotels to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.
